Suddenly people have bleeding hearts for the Ukrainians but they didn't have any sympathy for the Ukrainians living in Donbass who were getting bombed by their own government.13,000 people have died since 2014. The Ukrainian government said these are paid Russian seperatists. Those deaths include old women, little kids, and you can google the photos from the bombing, there are ordinary people who died on their way to get groceries. That's not even mentioning that this whole thing started because US funded to coup the elected government in 2014. So yeah, OBVIOUSLY there are SOME normal everyday Russian people who have something to do with the invasion. Don't be stupid. BUT, there are OTHERS who don't. Furthermore, just because there are SOME who support their government invading Ukraine, doesn't mean that they are bad people or that the deserve to have their life savings ruined.

I feel sorry for both sides. I feel sorry for ordinary Russian people who have nothing against Ukrainians and even perceive them as their brothers and aren’t even thinking about going into war or being strictly against it. But now every Russian is being treated as a black sheep by those crazy and inhumane sanctions. And I feel sorry that ordinary Ukrainian people have to go through all of this and ultimately have to leave their country. Honestly…? I’m 100% sure America is pushing this war. Ukraine had no valid reason to join the NATO and therefore get much closer to the West. There was an interview with an American Lad in a high position saying „I hope after this war ends we and Ukraine will be in much better terms“. America is always playing the world police and force other countries to act as they want them to act. Germany first didn’t want to sent weapons and stuff to Ukraine because Germany was just beginning to be in better terms with Russia because of north stream 2. Of course America wouldn’t like this and Germany got caught in between. But it’s no secret that Germany has always been the puppet from America. I also like how America is trying to act as saints. Again. And again. And again. Literally in every war. But the whole western media are just trying to run down on Putin ONLY while he is definitely not the ONLY evil guy in this whole situation!!! Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying i defend his actions. But this is a geopolitical issue and there are MANY involved. But literally every Media outlines Putin like: „Ok, let’s invade Ukraine and start World War 3“….Lol. My family is initially from the Soviet Union. This is a East-West conflict and Ukraine just happened to be trapped in between. And so are many other countries, too. When Russia and America are pointing their fingers towards each other. And I bet there were many things which have happened long before this whole situation even started but the media has not covered it or it wasn’t a hot topic before and was mostly ignored. Even the so called Universities which are supposed to stay neutral in political topics (at least here in Germany) now cancelled their relations to Russian education and cultural institutions. LIKE WTF!!! This has gone too far!!! And this war (or let’s say hatred) will continue here on German ground trust me.
Edit: I love how Scholz (our current chancellor) has been working for the United Socialist Party of Germany back then but now has to listen to what America says. I bet he’s super mad at the moment =D

it is biased. Most of the Russian people talking in the video dont view the situation in the same way as ordinary russians. They are literally interviewing them at a pro ukranian/ anti war protest, which I do also support but it defeats the whole purpose.

@@misamon8 One of the men in this video said that some of his own family members are supporting Putin's "special operation", and because of that, his family members are fighting between each other.

@@theredreceivers Frontline reporting has its place, however, major media outlets have a narrative to sell. So their reporting will support the narrative. That’s why I no longer rely on them for a holistic view. This kind of interview which is garnering the opinion of different people, give us some insights into people’s perspectives. Of course I watch major network news. But I don’t always accept everything I see.

@@4ngel_w1ngs7 You can watch some truth here:
There is a very good BBC report from 2014 on RUclips - года «Why do some Ukrainians want to be part of Russia? BBC News» - interviews with people living in Ukraine near the border with Russia.
You can watch the reports of an American journalist, his name is Patrick Lancaster. For example, his video on youtube dated June 26, 2022: First Look Into Russian Controlled Kharkiv Region Ukraine (Special Report) - «Как обстоят дела в контролируемой Россией Харьковской области Украины (специальный репортаж)».
There he interviews people who are on the territory of Ukraine, Kharkiv region. Approximately, as in this video, under which I am writing a comment.

already many ordinary Russians are facing difficulties due to current happening, its not surprising that most interviewed said similar things. Would have been great if opinions of other side was also included.
Korea itself has probably the highest experience of dealing and balancing relationship with world powers.

I wonder whether these guys have learned what USA have done to Cuba from "Cuba Missile Crisis" which happend more than 50 years ago. The war will do harm to both sides, but the war is also the only way to solve the conflict when no one wants to listen to each other.
