That flies VERY realistically for a quite small / simple model. I think if it were mine I would be adding a tiny hook under the belly for an initial bungee-assisted launch, would only need about 10 feet of elastic to do a great job
A couple of our blokes that fly these small jets have made a simple ramp about 20 degree angle and use a bungee made from a length of line and surgical tube, perhaps 20' of each and doesn't need to be stretched to the limit.
Love the jet provost. Good job dave.
👍👍😎
My two favourite models;; SE5a and Jet Provost. Thanks ❤
We try our best to please 😎
Well done Dave. Good recovery and nice flight once trimmed.
No panic by Dave😎
Success! Great maiden flight by Dave. Nicely filmed too, Bob! I've become a massive fan of these Tony Nijhuis designs.
Thanks Gina,Dave handled the double take off like a pro,it's a nice looking model 😎

It's a really nice model ! Is that the 50mm or the 70mm one? Love the provost, and especially that scheme ! As always nice video Bob
Hi Ramon, sorry about the delay,Swindon Dave is not easy to get hold of,he was up today and said it's a 70mm fan. 👍😎
@bobbarlow1 ah no worries Bob, thx for the info! I made the 50mm one, its with all the "yet to fly" models 😉

Good idea Harry, wish I'd done that on my TN Hunter 👍
That is a good idea as I think it needs a bit of wind to hand launch great model though😎
