    According to recent meta-analysis the fascial layer should be closed at 0.5 - 1 cm interval, not 1.5 cm as shown here.

    I had laporoscopic nephrectomy 9 weeks ago and those thread ends on my abdominal incision are stabbing my skint from the inside.

    This is what my surgeon used on my tummy tuck bc my spitting suctures are like 8 inches long. 2 month post-op

      That's a special suture that have a looped end
