Very nice! I just missed you at this booth. Incidentally, this was a very nice trailer on the high end. Right across the road was the show stealer (IMHO) on the low end. The red Toyota with the Bel Air camper shell was awesome. I liked the shell so much I bought one for my pickup.
Nice to rent for the weekend. And would be nice to purchase as a rental investment. Would gut it and mod it out a decade later. Definitely wouldn't need the pass through door. Would seal that and use for clothes etc.
$72K! I'm too low-class for this channel.😂 That's more than the tow vehicle. Then again, you can live in it. I've always wanted a Porche, but I could only afford one if it came with a bathroom because I'd have to live in it.
fits 110f here in the foothills of California no AC nothing that is a sweatbox and all that electric crap batteries always have a generator these things are toys
Good catch. That fireplace heater is only rated to 5,000 feet vertical. They need to ditch it and go with a propex that can send heat to the rear. Cold shower city when camping at 10k feet
Some cool aspects like departure angle, beefy steel chassis, king size bed and U shaped galley but also some things I hope they change in the production run: 1. Two 5,200 pound Timbrens for an alleged 2,900 pound trailer with no cross bars installed 2. No way this trailer is going to come in at 2,900 pounds dry. With two off center spare tires , rack, rock sliders, tools , molly panels and propane tank. (Is there room for two), awining. My prediction is dry weight 3,200 pounds and loaded weight with RTT , gear, water 4,200 plus pounds. Way to heavy and tall for a short wheelbased jeep! 3. Frig is tiny. Family of four three days tops. 4. An off-road trailer with no articulating hitch. What? 5. What brand is water heater, lithium/solar, stove, frig and electronics? 6. 72k plus for a stand up that drains the sink and shower to a bucket. No gray tank. 7. Just seems like the balance is weighted to the passenger side . 8. I could be wrong but the square top units are not even powered coated rust city. The chassis and sliders should be galvanized. 9. At 9 feet tall and only 14.5 feet long I would worry about sway.
swap out the timbren suspension for a true independent suspension with springs and shocks..I have the timbren and while it is ok the shocks and springs make it ten times more capable than timbren
Sleeping for 4 people but only a single storage cabinet for 4 peoples clothes and food. Needs AC and get rid of the gas heater that you would touch while your sleeping. As it sits its maybe worth $40K.
Only thung that really sucks is u cant take it to where its truly designed for in the usa because u need a mid size truck with a real desiel. Which is not allowed cause of the epa and their shit
You need a diesel? What. I admit I am not buying this rig will be 2 900 pounds dry but liklely under 5k pounds loaded. What planet do you live on thinking you need a diesel for 5k trailer. Leave the EPA alone
He is saying for the lack of midsize trucks in diesel now. As off roading besides desert full size trucks are to big. The whole market for off road campers has lost the way. I remember when light and go anywhere was the selling points. These are just over priced campground lookers.
Thanks for another great vid!! Pretty badass trailer for such a small size and weight!!
That is a bomb trailer!

Cool trailer.
That MO off pavement trailer is cool. The roof windows are perfect. Lots of people call a teardrop that looks like this a square drop.
I want to skip the gas plumbing, stove, and heater because I have electric alternatives. Room for a 55l fridge would be nice.
I wish you had a 180/360 camera. There is so much to look at!
I have one but I don’t use it to do interviews.

Like videos Aloha
For $72k I would expect bigger logos. Make a 5th wheel version with billboard-size graphics, plz.

Right no AC? Wtf?
No AC?
Was the fireplace touching the bedding?
The vent exhausting below that awning was more concerning to me.

Ah why you make Lectric XP Lite video private?!
I have to make a correction. It will be up again tonight

Thats 3/4 ton truck territory. A jeep/4runner cant pull that.
Very nice unit

There are lots of diesel trucks in America.

@@lja3657 what exactly is a desert full size truck? Is that a segment in the truck market?
