Recipe for strawberry summer cake
3/4 glass of sugar
4 eggs
1 block of butter (200 g)
2 glasses of self raising flour (or normal flour + 2 teaspoons of baking powder)
800g of strawberries
Melt butter in the microwave and wait until it cools.
In the meantime add sugar and 4 eggs to the bowl. Mix it for 5 minutes until smooth.
After, start adding butter, mix again.
Add flour, and mix again.
Move the tough onto baking tray, add strawberries.
Bake 50 min in 180 degrees.
