No they are different. If you have a factory GPS radio the Blue connector behind the radio is the GPS. you can use our GAA-?-BLUE to reuse the factory GPS antenna with an aftermarket radio. shop.enfigcarstereo.com/product/enfig-gps-antenna-adapters/
So on caraudionow and toyotas forum page, it says you would have to get an adapter for the camera. Some cars w a factory backup camera will support an aftermarket radio unit without changing the camera.

I'm fairly certain that new radio upgrades should have support for the factory camera.
Our harness has the part to keep the camera built in with no extra wiring.
