Notes open/lead with back foot on toe, then close with front foot on heel Prereqs: heel toe manual (squeeze your inner thighs) Keep shoulders pushing back Keep your feet close together in alignment wIth your body. Don’t widen your stance. Start with quarter turns. She pumps/ switches legs qnd pulls them in. Put the arm that has your leg in back out in front and other arm in back and then close your arms as you spin Look over your shoulder. Engage your core. Keep feet under you. Slight bend to your knees
Toe covers or caps. They really help stop your skates from getting worn out from the pavement and the skate park. I started skating a month ago and my leather ones have a big hole already lol.
I agree! The keep the toe part of your skate protected as they’re the first thing to get all scuffed from the concrete toe caps help to slow it down 🙏🏽

I’d say have them a little loose to help with the spins it’ll give you more control
