In canada we also have 5 pin bowling here, been bowling about 25 years now, when I punched the corner when trying to throw 7, i just laughed and was like, if this was a televised show, this would be #1 choke of the year

Throwing 20+ seems to be more detrimental than helpful. Your ball will run straight through pins and leave a lot more splits. 17-18 mph seems a lot better, less carry but not so many splits I feel like. Could definitely be wrong tho lol
