Brilliant video, I've a 40ltr bag that I've used for 2 years and it took this video to show me how to wear it properly. I often do 20 mile walks and I feel it afterwards. Hopefully repositioning will help with the aches. I'll be doing the c2c next year so a new bigger bag will need to be correct. Thanks

That was excellent James. Wish I'd seen it years ago. I have never known exactly how to use all the adjustable bits, but I do now.
