    Excellent Episode
    episode 150:
    Transition: 4 transitions. rapid transition: first, second, but.
    Slides: story comes first. Make sure slides for your audience, not for you. Less is more. Image over verbiage when possible. (Might add text in footnote when you send your slides to others)
    Hold the power of silence. Pause a bit to give your audience and yourself some time then dive in.
    Structure your answer/presentation well. Use PECS: point come first, then brief explanation, add some complications or nuances, then summary.
    Listening: to listen as if we have to paraphrase what the person is saying. To listen with intend to summarize and repeat it back. Focus on the bottom line not the top line.
