- Our technician, Grace, shows the whole process, from wax-up to final prosthetic, of making a LiSi Press monolithic crown with a final glaze coat. The real case shown is actually two posterior crowns. The wax is pressed into lithium disilicate ceramic, then sandblasted, fit, glazed, and baked / fired. Luke demonstrates the glazing to create the final natural esthetics. And then he shows you the final product.
So relaxing to watch her do it. So nerve wracking when I try 😃

The waxing process and investment techniques using a disc cutter helped me tremendously under stand the monolithic disilicate process of investment . Obviously being why they are the dearest crowns money can buy? Presumably? Are disilicate crowns the dearest?
Nice❤
Excelente 😍

Oh my. I was so focused that I blew my phone screen to cool the wax down faster.

The waxing process is certainly detailed. You are making it look second nature. Helped me so much understand the process . Thankyou. So basically once the plaster model is pinned . Then you can go to the waxing up and investment stage ?

Спасибо, хорошее содержательное учебное видео, плюс высокий уровень исполнения.
Great job....
Super sir
Somebody helpe me fone number Please
Great video Mr. Luke and congratulations Grace, it shows almost every detail of the process, it's incredible that you didn't get any reaction layer, is it due to the investment or the temperature of the furnace when pressing? What media was used for sandblasting, glass beads? What size and pressure? Love your work and I wish to get a chance someday to visit your lab.
Hii
Wow
Which Meeker use in mark line ?
Presumably e max crowns can not be cad milled. Only zirconium yes?

Really interesting to see the whole process through to investment technique.. Thankyou so much Dr Luke. Is this standard technique for e max preparation or zirconium crowns? Or can they just be CAD milled standard zirconium from computer tomographic images ? Zirconium can be CAD milled but lithium disilicate can't be CAD milled basically yes?
If I was told I had zirconium e max crowns. Would they be prepared in this fashion? Or CAD milled? Or is this either option? Basically they can be made in two ways? Yes? Through this way or CAD milled?
Or are just e max crowns prepared like this?
This is Lisi press from GcAmerica also you can mill cad from design thanks

Спрем пасади😂😂
her work could be better, she need to work on the contour of the crowns especially the MB corner of the premolar. Also the interproximal contacts seems tight
Wow can't believe you noticed that!
To me it looked absolutely perfect.
Through the waxing, sprueing and investment technique.
Her investment technique was spot on.
Good job
