As a Christian woman and believe in Jesus Christ, I love to learn this sholin from I was a kids, but untile now in my age 52 i don't know where to find the sholin Master, when I saw this video my heart crying because untile now can not learn it. I love that: if you see something you like don't pull (it's pushed further), if you see something you don't like don't push (it's pulled closer). I love how simple and relatable your teachings are. I don't feel pressured by any expectations. It's not about motivations, but reminders. I'm realizing that strength scares people, who perceive themselves as weak. I don't want to be a victim, so I choose not to be. These reminders, help me to be mindful of my stable state. And if I destabilize, I will make sure to try to come back to authentic center. I would love, to get back into martial arts. The practice and dancing, balances me in such a deep way. Such gentle, and resonating truths. I learned this lesson a few years ago after I lost my health and ability to work at the prime of my life and career. It’s how I finally regained my peace. As I navigate through my early 30s I've come to realize how much time I've wasted developing unhealthy habits that have rendered nothing of value, only more fuel for depression, anxiety and self-loathing. I'm trying day by day to change and rectify this, but it's so hard. It's so very damn hard. It's a battle everyday. A battle between two me-s. Life is a trip man.

I love reading how positive alot of you people are. I struggle with alcoholism. I've recently tried to get sober and have been doing well. In the last 5 months I've only drinkin 3 times. The only issue I I get mean and say mean things to the ones that love me most. I don't mean to it just happens. It's mental warfare on me when that happens. The ones I love most and bust my butt to take care of turn their backs on me and treat me like a disease. I allow it to mess with my mental well being and dwell on it for days. I'm working to get better though. Every day I struggle but I never give up. Thank you.
You are a warrior that has a big battle to survive it's up to you how your willing to see the end. You're here you've gotten this far and that isn't easy. Dont give up not everyone makes as far as you and that shows alot about your character. You haven't failed you just learned a different lesson as long as you know your end and what you want then every battle scar is worth it. Hang in there and keep fighting for what you feel is important and worth it. You will be rewarded in the end.
I wish there were enough people like him to teach children emotional intelligence. These days are absolute chaos of emotion all around the world because people don't know any better.

This is exactly what I’ve discovered in my own life. This level headed strength has been serving me through so many difficult times. I just walk through the things that once tormented me deeply. Simple tasks like doing dishes used to stress me. Getting up every morning going to bed at night all produced a sense a dred in me. I have been trying to put my finger on what this experience has been and this video nails it I am powerful. More so than I ever had been in my life. I’ve given myself permission to be strong and I give it away onto my friends my co workers my family and my children I am connected and empathetic of and through that I have found exceptional talents in places I didn’t expect.
My experience of joining a martial art school in my youth was that the intense workout under supervision is a formidable school to strenghten ... the mind ! .. not just the body. And you'll see all these martial art expert have developped very strong minds. In fact it's the true underlooked benefit of martial arts, not the body but the mind and it comes from the disciplined exercises not from listening to words.

I was really proud of myself for the skills, knowledge and physical fitness. Until during one operation everything changed and I lost everything. Until I found myself again and finally learned everything about myself I was missing as I was so focused on work, on helping others. And totally forgot I have to look after myself, too! So now my inner journey has thrived beyond anything during the last three years. A lot more than during the 16 years of working. And yes, I am still in a wheelchair. But my inner world now is so much richer than ever before!

I feel as if I’ve had to teach myself to control my emotions. But in reality I was only holding back a dam so to speak. The dam eventually broke and everything I’ve been holding back went crazy. Since I’ve experienced that, I’ve been slowly teaching myself to become more balanced despite everything within me being at times more of a raging ocean. I’ve learned there’s going to be storms you can’t control. But you can get through those storms and eventually the storm will calm to a beautiful horizon. That to me is how I’d summarize how life is like from my personal perspective.

As a Christian woman and believe in Jesus Christ, I love to learn this sholin from I was a kids, but untile now in my age 52 i don't know where to find the sholin Master, when I saw this video my heart crying because untile now can not learn it. For me believe in Jesus Christ is no 1, because he is the only way to the heaven. Sholin is for our healthy boday and mind only, if we compare follow Jesus and do healthy sholin exsesis we will lived happily in this world even after dead.
the main difference between those cultures is that christians rely on an external allmighty power (contradiction in itself), which is perfectly designed to be used as a means to suppress people, to degrade them, to make them dependent, and weak, in order to control them as slaves.
While in buddhism, completely working into the other direction and opening a very different universe, there is no external god (don't believe if someone tries to make you believe otherwise)... The idea of god here is completely internal. Gods serve only as an idea to project your own life, failures, successes, traits, habits, behaviors onto those. Essentially they are screens. It is a long way in mediation to face the power of those gods, meaning to face the power of you yourself. It is a culture that is all about creating human beings,, not destroying them.

This video has opened my eyes. I am not in a good place at the moment I recently lost my home, my partner and I have nothing, but listing to this gives me hope and the strength to keep going. Its not about what I have, possessions, money etc it’s about staying loyal to myself and my principles.
Such suffering is temporary. We need to respect the process and playing out of life. Flow like water.
I wish you strength. Last year I lost everything in a fire, right after I came back from a very intensive trauma therapy. You are right it's not about what you have/money/status/superficialities, imo it's about love, kindness, compassion, the small things that bring joy. Life can be incredibly hard sometimes, i'm so sorry you are going through this right now. But you can do this, you can pull through, and i believe in you. Don't give up. Baby steps. I love reading how positive alot of you people are. I struggle with alcoholism. I've recently tried to get sober and have been doing well. In the last 5 months I've only drinkin 3 times. The only issue I I get mean and say mean things to the ones that love me most. I don't mean to it just happens. It's mental warfare on me when that happens. The ones I love most and bust my butt to take care of turn their backs on me and treat me like a disease. I allow it to mess with my mental well being and dwell on it for days. I'm working to get better though. Every day I struggle but I never give up. Thank you.
You are a warrior that has a big battle to survive it's up to you how your willing to see the end. You're here you've gotten this far and that isn't easy. Dont give up not everyone makes as far as you and that shows alot about your character. You haven't failed you just learned a different lesson as long as you know your end and what you want then every battle scar is worth it. Hang in there and keep fighting for what you feel is important and worth it. You will be rewarded in the end.

This is exactly what I’ve discovered in my own life. This level headed strength has been serving me through so many difficult times. I just walk through the things that once tormented me deeply. Simple tasks like doing dishes used to stress me. Getting up every morning going to bed at night all produced a sense a dred in me. I have been trying to put my finger on what this experience has been and this video nails it I am powerful. More so than I ever had been in my life. I’ve given myself permission to be strong and I give it away onto my friends my co workers my family and my children I am connected and empathetic of and through that I have found exceptional talents in places I didn’t expect.

Exactly, that implies timing, just because it didn’t work today it doesn’t mean it won’t work tomorrow. The environment is ever changing, you must stay aware of what’s going on at all times so you can get yourself in the right position to capitalize on it. The right time can come at any moment without notice, the one sure way to miss it is to do nothing.

I also, 2 years ago, broke my left Humerus and fractured my left foot in 3 places 2 weeks later. For the first time since, I felt a spark, thanks to your words. I will be listening to you more. On the good side, I have concentrated on the Tao in the past few years and proceeding well. My love and respect to you my friend.

I was really proud of myself for the skills, knowledge and physical fitness. Until during one operation everything changed and I lost everything. Until I found myself again and finally learned everything about myself I was missing as I was so focused on work, on helping others. And totally forgot I have to look after myself, too! So now my inner journey has thrived beyond anything during the last three years. A lot more than during the 16 years of working. And yes, I am still in a wheelchair. But my inner world now is so much richer than ever before!

Ascended master from Norway really proud of the brothers and sisters controlling the fear and spreading light so that other people can do the same, We are liberating fear in the general masses. This is the time for love, unity and stronger contact christ consciosness and the higher self. Time is an illusion and so when we live in the past ore future everything is based on other perspective often in a seperated belief system, so the past is only a fraction of memory often based in limiting belief, fear based controlling reality and lower basal energies. let it go... and spread your energy from the authentic self. I feel as if I’ve had to teach myself to control my emotions.
But in reality I was only holding back a dam so to speak.
The dam eventually broke and everything I’ve been holding back went crazy.
Since I’ve experienced that, I’ve been slowly teaching myself to become more balanced despite everything within me being at times more of a raging ocean.
I’ve learned there’s going to be storms you can’t control.
But you can get through those storms and eventually the storm will calm to a beautiful horizon.
That to me is how I’d summarize how life is like from my personal perspective.

This video hit me in the right spot. I was always an angry person, had a lot of difficulties in my life. Didn,t trust anyone, a constant battle with myself. The only thing what this behaviour did to me, was making me feel even worse. It,s true, some things that happened in our lives cannot be changed, so why worry about it.
