5:56 no for real, this bothered me a lot that she kept missing a lot of the clues and accused the wrong guy at first 😭 especially since she’s supposed to be pretty clever and smart!
fr 😭 like wdym the girl who can speak more than one language, is textbook smart and has 10+ other talents that require patience to learn is literally JUMPING to conclusions? like, I understood the urgency of actually finding the monster and the complicated relationship she has with her powers, but the way she goes into this confirmation bias where she has to PLANT EVIDENCE (allegedly) to justify her assumptions is so crazy to me

Your video is pretty cool but don't criticize the Wednesday series remember the first season is only 8 episodes. It is a little confusing yes but very thrilling in interesting. No offense but one little thing I didn't like was what you said about Wednesday's relationships, why would you think that Wednesday should have relationship with Enid. It wouldn't be good if that Woke crap was brought into it. I'm sure you know Woke is just about destroyed Disney specially in the Star Wars franchise. I do agree that it would be cool if they brought that guy from the Addams family value movie that was at the camp she's just about scared to death at the end that was so funny. I just recently started watching Netflix again after a long time not having it, I watched the Netflix series till the 4th season called The 100, it did get crazy and off track in the middle of the third season. Yes they have gotten off track a little bit with Wednesday's character indifferent then the original Addams family series and 90s movies. I'm hoping they keep writing interesting seasons just like Cobra Kai has six seasons. Just have to wait and see and I'm so excited about it coming out in October. So be patient don't lose hope 😅
hii! personally, i'm just a huge fan of romance tropes like the sunshine and nonchalant trope, which was the big reason why i was rooting for enid and wednesday. tyler and xavier were just fine, so i don't have too much to say about their roles in the love triangle (I AM ANTI-LOVE TRIANGLE). tbh, i don't really care if wednesday ended up with a girl, guy, anyone in between that or no one at all, but i just added it in my video since there was a romance plot to begin with :P
also, ik netflix's wednesday already has sm modernization to it, especially when you compare wednesday's plot to other current-day media and see some pretty similar tropes/ideas, or even when irl social media platforms are dropped. one that i can just think of off the top of my head is pretty little liars (personal advocate for pll jumpstarting the trend HAHA). AND IT'D BE SO COOL TO GET A CHARACTER WHO WAS BASICALLY THE CONCEPT OF THAT GUY FROM CAMP, I feel it'd actually be such a nice touch since there were already a couple of references to generations of wednesday addams' actresses/characters.
honestly, as much criticism as i gave wednesday, i'm still rooting for them! the plot is pretty solid (very POINT A to POINT B), and that's super important when growing a tv series as you need a very steady foundation to build on top of this nevermore-esque world. i just wish they had more fun with the mystery aspect of the show, because the world itself and the characters we see are pretty interesting and i wish we saw more than surface issues and beyond their outcast groups.
