This game is one of a very few that made me burst into tears. I chose Hedwyn last and when he offered it back to me it absolutely broke my heart. I couldn't even believe it, I sent him on his way, I wanted to scream at him "HEDWYN NO! GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!" A ride or die G, true to the end. Of all the Carths I've ever known... Hedwyn was the most.... human. Noxalas you beautiful bastard.
When I played my 1st playthrough I didn't realize only the 3 most leveled up characters were eligible, so it led me to a choice between 3 characters I was not considering. I cried so much and chose Hedwyn because I felt like he deserved to be free. Later I cried again seeing how all the characters interact and knowing that I was missing Hedwyn's input. The choices this game forces you to make are so genuinely devastating. The moral choices of "do I keep this character from their freedom longer just because I like them more?" vs "do only the people I like most deserve freedom?" Genuinely left me just starting at my screen for 5 minutes before making a decision. I have never played a game like this. I don't think there will ever be another
For the first playthrough I picked the original trio to go first. It's Hedwyn's deal that we all would leave that made me choose reader to go last, entirely because it would be really messed up to have gotten him out yet forever marking him with guilt for being unable to fulfill his promise to get everyone out.
(Love this game, finished it two days ago, and it's in my top three favorite games of all time, but also) Tariq: hey man can i lighten the mood a bit Reader: sure, go for it Tariq: *Vagrant Song intensifies* Reader: ...dude Tariq: yes? Reader: c'mon, man, that-- that wasn't-- nevermind you did great, dont worry about it
This shit was lit actually glad I bought the supergiants pack and can't wait for them to make another game studios like this Quantic Dream and Naughty Dog is what I hope to see most of the time when E3 comes out so I can get hype
I can't believe it's been seven years already. The first playthrough of this was just... magical.

Bound Together changes with your story. Who got his Freedom who not.
Yea I know, but unfortunately I couldn't find those versions, although I bought the soundtrack.
well they could not get all versions of the song that comes put in the soundtrack. It was just a fun Fact
Never to return also has a different background and lyrics depending on who you fight and if you're winning

AWSOMEEE!!
Please! Give me more super giant games!
Pyre
guys go suport supergiant and listen to the songs there this only hurts the creators
They posted it themselves on their own channel so it hardly hurts them.
that's the point view the songs on there channel don't repost it elsewhere
If it truly were such a big problem they would've taken this down by now.
Although he did buy the album from them
@@LunaMoonwing It doesn't have to benefit him to hurt them
