There really aren't any tutorials on how to edit the menu ui in MKW and it's kind of complicated so I wouldn't get into it here. And in order to download the mod there is a link in the describtion to my ko-fi page though in order to get the full mod you need to do a little payment first. (Though I will release the standard kart mod for free in the tockdom wiki this year.)
EDIT: Nvm Okay, question: When I drove this kart as Wario, the back tires clip through the sides of the kart, but in the gameplay footage, it is fine. I didn't do any BSP file modding(nor will I ever as I would love to play online), so I'm confused to why this is the case. Is it a older version of the mod that you forgot to change?

The mod contains a version for CTGP and a tutorial how to make one work for other distribution.
