Yeah, most important about perfumes n deo is due to alcoholic property in deodarants the silk tends to get burnt slowly It's my personal experience So don't ever spray directly on the garment
Hi Suvarna nice to know ur from Bangalore too. While washing bandhani saree dont brush them or dont squeeze them just wash and dry. If u wanna iron give mild iron as bandhani looks good when its little crushed, and to store since its sensitive material store them in a plastic bags (Transparent ones ) and store them so the iron sits well. Hi i feel both have their own benefits saree storage bags are like net material so they give good air dry to saree. and muslin cloth is always good for silk sarees as our grandmas way of saree storing. So both are good if you have space to hang them then use saree bags and keep them hanging.
You get Sandal fragrance sachets from Khadi Bandar or Kaveri Emporium. Why dont you buy it and keep inside the saree and store it.. See after few days.
