- I don't know where I first heard the name Dr Giggles, it was decades ago, I was a kid. It was combined in my head with this memory shard of a movie or tv show, a guy who looked like Frankenstein's monster, but he had done it to himself, like he had a condition where he kept having to stitch himself back together. The scene was at night, in the woods I think, or near a dirt road, and I remember being sad for him as well as scared of him.
So when I got my first copy of The Sims, I gave him a happy life, only happy in that Addams Family way.
And then I found out just how wacky a Sims game could get, and well..... they also became inspired by Spike and Drusilla....
But no matter how many urns piled up (like every Sims player I had to see all the deaths) Benton and Etherea loved and protected each other.
And here's where that chalkboard I used instead of a job came from, along with other fun stuff! The nuclear waste barrel is my favorite. It works like a loan, so I never use the rosebud cheat. Sometimes I pay back the loan before I get the simoleans. You can get negative simoleans! That's fun, but I don't recommend saving with negative simoleans.

A much simpler time Sims 1. Music brings back such nostalgia.
Both voice actors of the female and male sims 1 sims have now passed away.
And now I'm sad. They did great work and we'll all be grateful forever.

I don't have commentary because the ancient computer I use for Sims 1 can't handle it. Sometimes I put in a text card. But ambient sounds are much clearer without commentary I think.

@@evilwhitecat9 i downloaded the express buy computer from oddsim but when i use it, it keeps saying "missing string" and the items I buy don't show up. have you used that computer?
@@davidcarter6438 I do have oddsim's express buy computer, it works for me, but to be fair I downloaded it months ago. I tend to use it more in test games.

I don't have that ability, sorry. My discs are from the long ago and the digital download I found was just stumbled across while looking for a no CD patch so I wouldn't lose my last copy of Makin Magic if the computer died.
Does anyone knows where can I buy Sims 1 ?
Alas my discs are from many years ago. And after losing one to a dead desktop I sought out a no CD patch so that wouldn't happen again, which led me to a completely digital download. But I do have all the discs so I didn't feel guilty.
