Servus. Ein absolut tolles Video. Deine ruhige Kameraführung begeistert mich immer wieder. Für mich der beste Aviation-Kanal hier bei youtube. LG, Guido.
Thank you very much mate! That was a lot of smoke indeed! The aircraft landed during Operation Kabul Airlift, therefore it could be one of the reasons it was so fully loaded.
My first visit here. Former active military here, HAFB. I saw a lot of aircraft, and we had a lot of exercises. It was fun knowing the aircraft before I saw the subtitle - although I don't know who owns all of them automatically (being NATO for many of them). The A-10 (Warthog) is always one of my favorites. What I liked the most is how impressive your filmography is. Excellent video. Thanks. I'll subscribe, but I'm sort of full now. Let's see some of your other videos.
Thank you very much Mr. Wells! We really appreciate your positive feedback and your kind comment! A massive welcome to our channel, we hope you like it!

I used to be stationed at Ramstein for most of my 4-year enlistment in the Air Force--then later returned as a DoD federal civilian immediately after college for another 5 years--and not once did I ever see a Warthog on the flight-line or even a fighter jet. It was all cargo, transport, or civilian passenger jets. We also didn't have the KMCC/fancy passenger terminal when I was active-duty during my rotations/deployments to the Balkans (I was Security Forces and part of the NATO peacekeeping MPs). We were just dropped off on the flightline in a van, and walked over to the C-130s, waiting to be loaded up like sardines in a can. lol. I did enjoy the KMCC when I returned as a civilian, however. It was all under construction when I was there the first time.
Just an FYI but the 2 digits at the beginning of the serial number i.e. 78-xxxx doesn’t mean it was built that year. That just notes the fiscal year that airframe was ordered/budgeted. It could have been built and delivered several years later. Just look at the KC46 tanker as a reference. You have planes being built in 2022 with a 19-xxxx serial number.
Thank you very much for the information mate! Yes that is correct, we have seen it too and always double-checked the information. It is very hard to find the correct information about the year it was built, but we found some websites, that helped us with the A-10 information :) Huge thanks for the reminder again :)
What's up with the small RAF plane???? No information about that? 6:29 and the learjet....stopped watching after not seeing any information about that.
Sadly the planes were too small and our focus was on getting the total line-up in the shot and the KC-135, as this was a very rare deployment. We had to decide, where we set our focus on. We tried to film the E50P and the Learjet, but, as already said it was way too small and sadly it was not possible to gain full information about that plane. We focus on the full line-up, the information (if possible to get) would sadly be all across the planes, also it was a NATO Meeting and local spotters asked us, to once leave out destination information for this very special case. We really hope you enjoyed it and we hope you will continue watching :) Thank you very much for your feedback, we really appreciate it!
Hey Artem! First of all, Thank you very much for your support and kind comment, we really appreciate that! We do not use a tripod. We stabilize the footage afterwards :)
Hey mate! The spotting locations are all legal and you can always enter them, with or without a ladder, as long as you are some meters away from the fence. Sometimes police is around but they never really interrupt you while spotting, sometimes they ask for your personal information but all in one, spotting is allowed :)
Ferry fuel tank, not a gun. Same fuel tanks used by now retired F-111 birds. Only used for ferry/deployment flights. The Hawgs needed the extra fuel bag for the flight across the pond.

Sind die Aufnahmen aktuell?
Darf man „einfach so“ in Ramstein filmen?

What, once The Vile Putin has completed his ruthless blitzkrieg on the plucky unkrainians he wants to Sweep across Europe? 🙄
And what use would the plucky Ukrainians make of, say, a couple squadrons of brand new F-15s without training or technical support? 🙄
France production? For American/German base?
