The problem with properties is that when a major transport hub, like the rts stn at Bukit chagar, become operational, the prices will spike. Then stabilize for a period and then spike again because the foot traffic increases a lot. This is always the trend in Singapore and KL. So if you wait till RTS goes life, yes you can buy. But at a huge premium for the well located properties.

没有讲重点: freehold vs leasehold. Medini 一带leasehold 是无法保值的,等你想卖时应该会哭倒在厕所。 第二,condo / service apartment 坑很多,如果投资性质能避开就避开,除非自己住。应该卖人多旺区,买已经建好的单位,会少进很多坑。rts 好了后,估计新山市区会很多车很多新加坡游客,加上弱智的brt, 应该会到处塞车。如果你在新加坡上班,必须选坡底,反之就选bt indah 一带成熟社区。东部就选austin. 还有,投资绝对绝对不可以买commercial retail unit, capital 21 tampoi / 水上浮城是看得到的教训。
