I made this tonight...OMG. I've made truffle oil pasta before but this was on another level, your extra green sauce added soo much flavour. I added some roasted pine nuts for a little crunch but this recipe is just perfect on its own, thank you!
@@danvigilant4885 Well that's actually a complicated question. Truffles are often found by truffle pigs. So that's a little exploitative, and how the animals are treated can vary. However, some cheap black truffles come from China, where they are harvested by humans who are not treated particularly well. It's a similar question to coconuts, some are harvested by monkeys, and some are not.
