The use of texture really informs the design and proportion, love the scale, colours, everything, very exciting, can well see why it would have taken so long to complete, a thing of joy and beauty. This is by far the most unique sketchbook I’ve seen. Just amazing. The colours, the techniques....😃 recreate these on canvas and have an art show....after the pandemic.

Thank you! It was a huge achievement to finish this class... but I think it was also easy because I loved it. Each page was so different and I learned so much about the art, mediums and myself.

Excellent flip through, thank you for all the ideas you have given me. I only started my art journal with the first lockdown April 2020. This keep me busy through the next several lockdowns!!!!
Wow! What an accomplishment . It's amazing. I have courses I have not completed. I even made a journal for the Donna Downey Inspiration Wednesday and completed about three spreads! This is an inspiration to go back and take another look.

Such a good question - I use Dorlands Wax Medium on the pages - it's a great product, and I live in the humid south where pages really stick! You can see in the first few spreads that I didn't use it right away and some of the centers stuck pretty bad.
