Lots of great take aways here. Creating a Customer Persona can be hard without knowing who you are talking to or sometimes even what you are selling. I find having a "Template" someone else has already created and then customizing it to be your own is a great way to get one started. 🤔 You will always be perfecting and modifying your customer as you learn more about them. But, having more data about your clients, buyers etc... gives you great ideas for what to sell and how to sell it.
I am wondering whether creating persona should include those that are target users who have yet to come to your website? Because those who already come to your website are already visiting you meaning you have already captured them somewhat positively.

The best way to start creating a customer persona for your business is to decide: ☝ What are you selling? ✌ Who you are selling to? You'll want a profile for your ideal customer... What is their: (1) Age (2) Gender (3) Location (4) Occupation (5) Income (6) Education Level (7) Goals / Interests (8) Frustrations and any other notes about them... when you create your content you want to target this person ☝

You should download a buyer persona template and then customize it to your business. Don't recreate the wheel, just modify it :)
