Nice voice! Especially impressive (and inspiring) when you start layering! Plus, your pacing is great. The little keyboard line comes just at the right time though it doesn’t sound like it’s every eight bars. Was thrown the second or third time it came in as my ear was expecting it earlier than when it came. That’s another approach to “tension and release”! And thanks for those takeaways. Doesn’t sound like BM3 is in a position to take your advice. Might still inspire other devs (like MSXII?).
Dude!!! Sounded amazing!... now I definitely have something to live up to tp with my live loops. I have a Boss RC-3 for all my guitar players out there😉
May I ask why i failed recording with sustain pedal with midi keyboard? the sustain midi data was always not "recorded" . I use pure synth auv3 in beatmaker3. And you are my favorite youtuber of beatmaker3 tutorials! thank you sir!
I would check that the pedal is working in a music app outside of Beatmaker 3. I haven't had that problem problem, although one of my pedals has broken since this video. Thanks for watching.
Bro I wasn’t ready for the vocals 🗣🗣. Bravo. Btw are you using the faderport to control bm3? If so , i need to know the formula please and thank you🙌🏾🙌🏾
PUSHBUTTONPRODUCER it’s the new PreSonus ioStation 24c. But you could map the FaderPort to Beatmaker for the same control. Lol on the vocals, I be tryin 🤷🏾♂️
Hi. It looks like you're using the ioStation for start/stop/record and changing active channels? Can you use the fader to control channel volume in the sequencer view, and can you start/stop/record from the controller? Good vocals btw 👍🏻
Yes, using the ioStation in it's native MIDI mode. So I can map most of the buttons to functions that are available in BM3, like the transport and scene switching. Unfortunately there's no way to map the Fader to the levels. If BM3 updated to support MCU then it should work. In Auria you can use MCU protocol for mixer control. I want more options to map in BM3 for a Live Loop setup, that would be great!
@@tic2datocshorts Excuse me, if you dont have the ioStation, can you start/stop/record and change active channels? Can you do those actions with a simple MIDI controller (example arturia minilab)?
experiment? This was brilliant mate!
Man man man Awesomeness 💪🏼👍🏼🎶
Such a warm voice..great!
Gregory Porter! Well done brother

Amazong man !!!! Very Beatiful !!
This is inspiring. Great track. And I had no idea this could be done in bm3. Nice one!
JZN Not Jason thanks! Yes we now know it’s possible. There is an order of operations to some things which I’ll go over in a tut.
Looking forward to the tutorial!

Yeah!! Great work. Smooth with a groove and a great vocal 💪😎
Thank you! Your voice is fine. :)
P.S. Can you control the samples by using keys on the keyboard?
You gave me so many emotions 🙏 ty

Hard bro!

Wow that's great!
ENSO tutorial if possible. Thanks. I'm thinking about purchasing it.
Thanks for sharing🔥
❤
Great job. Love the tune and your performance. As a new iPad owner, I’m going to need to study how you did this!
Great track! Would be great, if you could make a video about your workflow integrating the faderport into beatmaker 3.
Dope. I do this all the time only with music. I cant sing at all. Great job bro, very nice.
Subscribed👍
Many thanks!!!
👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍
Nicely done🤘🤘🤘 is enso easy to use in aum(iPad) ?
Thanks for the sub! I haven't tried in AUM yet, I'm still learning to get around in it since it's a different workflow.
Amazing job! Please share a tutorial of this video
Yes of course
Press and hold the metronom icon to enter settings to turn it off during recording. If you didnt know how to turn it off?
Wow, thanks for that, I need to read the manual. 🤦🏾♂️
My future live loops will owe all of your thanks!!! 🙏🏾
Would you share your gear rooting please?
So groovy! Wow
Btw, are you recording ENSO into BM3?
Thank you! Yes, I am using ENSO as a AUv3 plugin for audio loops and stacked harmonies.
@@tic2datocshorts Awesome! Thanks!
What is the device at the lower right? An MPC?

@@juco89 Yes, as long as it sends a MIDI message, it can be mapped inside of Beatmaker 3 for these things.
