Just bought one and love your thoughts regarding the bag. It's been a while since you did this video so I was wondering could you give me an update how you have found it since you have had it. Kind regards Daniel
Of course Daniel...it's still running like new,,not had a single problem at the moment,I have felled big trees and limbed with it...hasn't the revs of the more expensive chainsaws but still cuts with good power..can be a little heavy after some hours working,,only one problem I found was the exhaust is at the front not the side so if you cutting large trunks it can get very hot by the hand and even start to burn the wood....hope this helps..stay safe...
Quick update..used many many times.. hundreds of pull starts and my coil spring has just gone...easy to buy new one just put in hyundai chainsaw pull start and a new one will appear.
Since video I have used this saw on many occasions from limbing to felling big ash trees,,I have not yet found any problems, just a little heavier than your more expensive brands ... Enjoy be safe...
I have the hyundai hyc6200x it has 40:1 fuel mix. Left some fuel in in the summer and it would not start in December. Took the carb out to clean following Adrian advice on how to take it out. Needed a special tool to adjust the carb as it's not supplied. The unit worked for 1h last Sunday then it stopped and would not start. Today was I hoping to adjust the carb with the tool and it started then died, then the cord seem to have broken the plastic inside that turns the thing on. Not impressed. It has been used 4 times in 2 years. See what the guarantee is like.
Well I would say not using it all that time would not do it no good with the fuel..fuel gets mucky and grim builds up...do not a a just any tick over valves or jets at this part...take carb off ,and wash it with unmixed fuel , shake it hard to clear sludge..make sure all jets unblocked...blow through any jets to make sure unblocked...put back on... hold trigger in without chock and pull over and and over... repeat do not prime or use choke..it will fire up.....I'm sure...wish I could be there to help..
Dude that all sucks ..mine has only had about 54hours work and as yet not a problem..makes the machine look bad when everything adds up... compared to others like Stihl and huskies don't think your Gunna do better than that....for the price I payed think I got my pennies back.
Thinking of getting one of these just to fell a largish conifer in my garden , then to chop up for firewood next winter. Heard some folks say can be a bit of a bugger to start though?
Hi ya @fifhof ,me personally has not had a problem, took a few pulls when new but I only prime 5 times choke out and away I went...like all saws sometimes needs to find that sweet spot to start quickly...if dosnt start choke off chain brake on hold trigger and pull a few times helps with all other top brands of saws that give you a little bit of Hassel when trying to run...always works for me.👍
Walbro Carb?
Nice little vid, cheers, here's a like and a comment to start you off. Paul UK

@@baztouri the cord broke the plastic that turns it on. I saw it not roll back in few times but today it actually broke it.
I have cleaned the carb already.
