GOOD! Close ALL of their locations! The food and customer service is shot to hell! No one should have to wait twenty minutes in a line for some cold spicy chicken and dried up mac n cheese and rock hard biscuits and water down drinks because they put more ice in the cup then soda! Popeye's is a horrible establishment and they need to permanently close down!
Funny enough I worked at the location shown in the video. It’s off northside drive it was aweful I was an assistant manager at circle k across the street for almost a year and going to Popeyes made me question my life decisions. That store specifically was ran by a mother and son sounds sweet but no it wasn’t. The food is spoiled or out of date and still sold to customers employees ate free they would let their family come up there and eat for free it was a clusterfuck up there. A few of the employees were dope tho but only a select few. The rest were a bunch of lames. Not only that the store wouldn’t get that much buisness I would estimate maybe 3k sales on a good day. Maybe less on the average day. At least $100 a day was given away to employees or family members.
The chicken was pretty good but they are extremely rude 9 times out of 10 and the last two times I went they claimed they were “out of food” . good riddance…

Although the best fried chicken in the business, one of the WORST managed businesses EVER!! And has been for years.
