She didn’t really much have an active role as Trudy Campbell. It was more like she guest starred on the show as she was also working on Community at the time as a series regular. I feel like Community was more of her big break
The cast hated Betty Draper? 😮 I don't understand your description of her at all. She was a bright, sensitive woman who was losing her mind trying to be a Stepford wife.
@@JoanneDunham Her behavior really did not bother me that much Most women are somewhat like that What I don’t understand is that most men cheat Because you’re not getting any at home Not only is Betty Draper smoking hot but she made it pretty clear that she was also horny

Betty Draper was the 1950's typical woman,: gave up her career, valued consumerism(furs, cars): lived for kids and husband. Traded one man (income) for another. It was awful but still better than today's single moms with no security
Why with all the women actors do they mention their state of motherhood and with none of the men mention whether they have children or want children. So incredibly sexist.
I like how the definition of “incredibly sexist “ has changed. These women have been subjected to such oppression with this question , I don’t know how they’re going to move on in life
milliestmeadowlark I don’t get triggered . It’s just called common sense and seeing how everyone pretends to be a victim today. That’s a really bad way to go through life . And you said nothing to prove otherwise
@@ktothec24 I think 'incredibly' refers to the fact the video came out so recently and yet still does something like this, it's not really about the effect on the actresses.
Not really. The first wife was married to the original Don Draper. When he died in the war and Dick assumed his identity, they had their marriage annulled. The man formerly known as Dick Whitman only married twice.
Carl Almodovar: why are you being such s jerk. She was just clarifying that he technically had only been married twice. It’s sad, some people just need to be relevant, by any means possible
I'd like to meet Pete. And, second...Roger. Pete has something really special. He's an amazing actor. Then Roger, for his personality and one liners. One can't help but love Roger.
Roger Sterling? Hardworking? Got that wrong. However, thanks for this, I loved Mad Men and all the characters in it, so its good to see what the actors are up to now
Trunks Stuff I remember reading on Ken's wiki page that he was listed as the only main character in the whole series that was male, married and not presented as cheating on his wife at some point 😅😅
Yeah i know. She has an impresive carrier i mean.. now shes the leading actress and didnt even mention her.. and most of the othee actresses who mention except mrs. moss haven't done anything relevant.
I'd like to meet Jessica Pare, Christina, Robert Morse, the guy who plays Michael Ginsberg, John Slattery and though he was killed off, love to meet Jared Harris the most.
LOL, I don't usually notice stuff like this as a guy, but I had the same thoughts watching the video. I'm not sure many people watching these videos really care about any of the actors offspring anyway(or lack of).
Even though I absolutely HATE the false narrative in HandMaids Tale, I would like to meet Elizabeth Moss the most. I enjoyed Peggy's character and storyline the most in MM
Thankyou! It is horribly ironic as the show had strong female characters that didnt define themselves by their relationships and children, which is what was expected of them
I really liked her character, she quit something she was good at to chase her dream and be her own person, not just a side character in her husband's life
I heard him comment one time he would never want to play that kind of character again, a comment I find amazing, since he had the lead role on the show.
I don't agree with his description of Meagan. She was very sweet, a supportive wife and good to Don's kids. She was one of the few truly likeable characters. She put up with a lot of crap from Don and had to basically beg him to be an actress. Then he promised her they could move to LA and he reneged. She tried to make it work, but it was too much. I did not find her to be whiney at all.
Noah Notch you are right but I don’t think she was a douchebag in the first 3 seasons but she became one as the series progressed that is what I noticed but that could just be me
A little nit-pick, if you don't mind. The way you pronounce "biopic". You put the stress on the second syllable. It belongs on the first. "Bio," like in "biotech" or "biographical." Followed by "pic."
He was the perfect character to play 'the writer on the side' because he was always on the margins (perhaps the most polite or 'mannerly' character) and wonderful as Pete's foil in the business of securing accounts. The Ken/Pete dynamic was for me one of the show's hallmarks. Just brilliant. To meet? Either Ken or Pete
Roger Sterling
“…hard working…”
“…hard to love…”
The hardest work he did was unscrewing a vodka bottle, and he was the most loveable guy in the show!
Yeah, I don't think this guy ever watched Mad Men.
lol honestly. and hating Betty? you didn't hate her you felt bad for her!
Also it wasn’t hard to love at all.
Right? Maybe this guy didnt watched the show...
Thanks for saying this so everyone else doesn't have to. Wows
Who else thinks they should have mentioned Sally??
And Lane
She's on Netflix case closed
It's crazy how much she has grown up when you look back on madmen
Unacceptable
Sabrina the Witch and King George VI.
Peggy working just as hard as men? The show explicitly tells us that women have to work twice as hard as men for them to get any recognition.
Yep. There's literally a scene when her colleagues tell her that "she doesn't count"
It's a fictional show set 50 years ago, but yeah.
Hope she sees this bro!
Those men drank and smoke all day!... Is a mystery how they were able to do anything without their secretaries
Alexander Benitez the show plays in the 60`s, simp.
Roger Sterling literally held Lee Garner Jr’s balls to keep the account... if that doesn’t constitute hard working idk what does.
Like the glorified secretary Joan sleeping to get 5%. 😂
Great fkn character Rodger, great acting.
Nothing about Alison Brie? She's had a very active career since the end of Mad Men.

🤣😂
hard working on picking up secretaries
Christina Hendricks has a stunning face she’s definitely a beauty
Roger sterling is such a silver fox
Yes, he is.
A lot of errors in this video. Maybe watch the show first.
Most people disagree, sorry. Maybe rewatch?
It’s a fluff piece, you were expecting historical accuracy about a fictional show?
Roger Sterling. Soul of the series. Loved him to bits. 💖
All i could say is... EVERY CHARACTER IN MADMEN WAS PRICELESS their character developments are so 😭😭😍
“He was a leader, a follower”
"hard to love?" lol he was my favorite
Michael Sieger agreed. Even if he had his womanizing side , he was still a comic relief in such a dark show
I just commented this as well, what the hell were they talking about lol
Elizabeth Moss looks so younger as a brunette!
Ruby M brunette is SOOO much better
You didn't say anything about Jon Hamm's episode in Black Mirror. :|
Which one is that? I watched Black Mirror before I knew who Jon Hamm was
Jessica Dead White Christmas episode
That's because that episode was before mad men ended
Cos it's a very small role.
Or Bad Times at the El Royale
If he is British, Jon Hamm would be the next James Bond....
Adji Noor. .Jon Hamm ist der perfekte James Bond. .
Warum gibt es Hollywood. .
Sie machen doch sonst alles möglich. 😘🤔
I was wondering if he'd be the next James Bond
I miss this show so much. My all time favorite

Great show that was successful because of the great writing and casting. The actors hit the lottery.
Christina Hendricks was brilliant in FireFly.
So their real lives actually mirror their character’s defining traits

John Slattery stole George Clooney's wife. Dude is a serious player.
