i have no words for how well put together this is!! it shows the variety of magnus fear to lose people and the biggest fear - to lose the most important person in his life: let it be due to him outliving alec, due to the difficulties coming along with alec being a shadowhunter and magnus being a downworlder, let it be alec being in constant danger because of his "job" (rather purpose) or - now most recently and seemingly more insignificant than the previous but when you think about it just as important - the fear of being geographically seperated, not being able to actually be close to someone so important!
