  • BIKO TAPOL | A Classic Biko Tapol Recipe.. .Biko is a rice cake and a native Filipino delicacy or 'kakanin' where glutinous rice is cooked with coconut milk and brown sugar then topped Latik or coconut curd. Cooking with Tapol kind of glutinous rice is another variation of a Biko recipe.
    Ingredients:
    1 kg tapol glutinous rice
    1/2 kg brown sugar
    1/4 cup muscovado sugar
    3 thumbs of ginger, sliced
    1/2 tsp fine salt
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    3 cups coconut cream
    latik for toppings
    2 cups of coconut cream for the latik

    Ask lang po sir. If half kilo lang po na tapol mga ilang pouch po kaya na gata na gagamitin sana narin po ang pag gawa ng latik. Kaya lang ba 2 pouch ?

      Mga 1 cup lang pang topings lang naman yan... Iba rin yong pang luto check mo na lang sa description box yong list ng recipe...

    Bakit po may ginger?unti lang po?isinabay sya sa pagsaing?yong iba nglalagay ng kalamansi okay din po ba yun?
