Amazing video, as always. Please do not try to make those "short-video recipes" we see everywhere, it is amazing to know all the details of a recipe and Anna always provides that by telling us the reason of each particular move or trick and how it works on the meal, and sometimes even with the science behind them. I think that's awesome!

I'm certainly no chef but I was taught to rinse and pat dry the turkey, I like to put a little soya sauce inside and marinate it inside out with salt and black pepper, then base it with thyme butter under the skin. For the stuffing, I toast the bread lightly and cut in cubes, I then sautee onions, thyme, celery and lots of bacon (yum) with butter and/or olive oil in a huge pan! Then I stuff the turkey and put in the oven. I wait for the turkey to finish cooking then I make the gravy from the dripping from the turkey and thicken it with a little cornstarch. Yum!!!

Not rinse out the turkey? Crazy. Rinse it out good, and clean the sink afterwards, if that's what you're worried about. Who the hell would want to eat a turkey that wasn't washed out?
