Excellent question. Unfortunately, I do not have notes for the H8. But we can figure it out. What is the voltage rating of the rail capacitors? The 500.4's that I have had in I did not take notes on but they were a commonly stocked transistor.
Agreed! I think as long as people know the shortcomings of the meters they may be able to help prevent premature failure. I have been wanting one of their benchtop meters but not sure how well-built they are.
All the manufacturers of multimeters in this category have no interest in their product lasting 30 years, and I believe that all the intermediate versions and the plus versions are just smoke and mirrors, we should ask ourselves whether to buy a decent multimeter for hobbyists, at a cost modest or a high-end precise and durable one, hobbye or professional, Anyway, thank you, seeing those plastic tabs made me not want to buy it
i bought UT191T the DMM with IP65 in it, and i'm safe to that rotary thing. I saw the teardown and the rotary thing is not like that in your video.
Great information!
I have a question about a sundown amplifier, What is or replaces audio transistor labeled H8 on sundown audio SFB 500.4 D ?

I will let you know. Thankyou for your help and time sir it is greatly appreciated.
63 volts / 4700mf Thankyou again for your help and your videos sir.
@@aaronbigfishpreston9300 Just to make sure, these are the output transistors that are marked H8 correct?
@@ellensburgamplifier yes sir
Mine 161D had bussmann 11A AR as 20 amp fuse, what's there inside?
Mine has a 10 amp fuse and a 2 amp fuse
Couldnt figure out how to message you earlier
Do you have a way send you all the info on my amps and the issue
Indeed! www.ellensburgamplifier.com/contact-us
Interesting lesson 💯 thank you
Thank you!
Maybe hot glue works, too?
Unfortunately, I don't think it will adhere to the white plastic as I think it is nylon?
@@ellensburgamplifier I'll try... 😎
Thanks for the interesting tip
Happy to help Tyrone.
After the pins broke, I screwed in small screws, but they had to be short. I am very disappointed with the mistake made by the UNI-T engineers.
