How does one get a job in the merchandise department?

You and your teams generally do a great job, but what in the world happened to all the brilliant Merch and Window displays along Buenna Vista Street!?!?! All the handmade books and other artifacts have been moved up high our out of sight, and windows filled with kitchen and generic merch and scary dead eyed mannequins! Well done on the more 'Land' and Attraction specific merchandise though, this is the stuff I will spend money on. And PARK specific too please, not all "One Disney" stuff. Each Park is unique and we want to take home specific memories home as Merch, not generic stuff that can be bought at any shop in any Disney Park or store.

Thanks for your work!! The merchandise in cars land really contributes to the experience(while putting a dent in my wallet). Please don't stock anymore WDW items in our parks. We can tell the differences in the land logos. I like Disneyland and specific ride merchandise.. so long is it's not an overt advertisement.
