I went to a specialist in london Ontario, If your in the states i have no idea and tell him to not live his life any different aside from not doing cocaine and certain drugs when getting surgery.

Thats what they worry about I have brugada but the non life threatening version, I dont need a pace maker. It is very rare for girls to have brugada! Sorry to hear about your cousin but don't worry test are nothing to worry about!!
Wow thats awesome to hear- im not worried about the first two tests and hoping my results will come up negative; its the third test im concerned about if it comes to that cos of the slight risk your heart can stop during it but all the same its at a hospital and theyd have the equipment to restart it; also the closest place I can get the third test is in auckland whats about 500 kms away so most of my family have chosen not to do it.anyways its good news yours is mild and you dont have to get one of thise pacemakers:)
hey dude the drug i had was called ajmaline was probably the same one i got diagnosed in april 2013 just after getting married. i havent passed out i was tested because my mother died young with no warning. i know how you felt mate hope your sorted now
I was just diagnosed with brugada syndrome a few days ago after passing out and falling down the stairs and breaking two ribs. All I remember is turning off the stove and then being surrounded by my family downstairs I was like wtf where am I? They think I banged my head when I fell down the stairs because my head was pretty cut up and I couldn’t remember what day it was or what my address was I was freaking out bro and now they want to install a battery into my chest in about two weeks in case I have this problem again. I’m still in a little shock that I’m going thru this but I’m trying my best to be positive.

@Jennifer Bowcutt, Im 23 and just got diagnosed as well with Brugada syndrome and they implanted a ICD in my chest. the same thing happen with me but my heart stopped and I stopped breathing and randomly my heart started back up. im still new to this as it just happen June of 2013 and still learning like to hear about your brothers case more??
I don't know where you're from where you live but I live in Barstow California out in the desert doctor's here don't know anything they used to live in the city of California or doctors are very well educated I moved out to Barstow California out here in the desert because I am disabled and retired and this is all I could afford and I'm sad to say the doctors are totally oblivious to say the least my son is here with me been here 9 years my son has been going through what you're going through exactly the same from your behind to your heart lol and they're not doing anything I say that they see something and his heart test but I can't be serious at least they don't think so?? Got a new doctor they said the same thing Lister doctor is put in his foot down he's a great doctor from what I can see he's very persistent the treadmill young man is a lot they call it a stress test they're going to make you walk on it and then have you start jogging on a moderate Pace like and then they're going to have you really go at it to get your heart rate up so that the machine could pick up your heart rate and hopefully you won't pass out and have a heart attack they want to put a lot of stress in your heart to see with the reading shows and hopefully you won't pass out hopefully it won't go past you passing out but wherever you're from you're lucky you got a great doctor that's getting things done as should be my prayers go out to you I hope and pray that you do the same for my son my son is now going to be 28 and he's been going through this for nine whole years and it's barely getting help I'm doing this time he's just been getting worse I hear him cry out at night trying to catch his breath and saying God help me it hurts God help me I can't breathe

I have Brugada. Diagnosed in 2015. on my 2nd pacemaker.
i passed out when i got hit in the neck with a hockey puck... but that's nothing compared to your situation....... Good luck with your health
My Dad just passed away from brugada syndrome on Saturday :'(
