You found the winning combination. Being a RUclipsr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but hard work (with a little bit of Famester) will pay off eventually.

These kinds of analytics are always interesting - you really are at the mercy of the RUclips algorithm, which in this case helped in the end. There was a long time where it wasn't doing well. It's a shame the RUclips letter wasn't in Spanish also though.
You should make a video interviewing your translator, then have that interview translated so your translator is talking to himself in Spanish. Would be hilarious to watch
