i just got the 24-70mm gmaster and i took a few test shots. The corners seem to be a bit weak at 24 and 70 but at 35mm it was sharp. The center is sharp though. So was that blur on your shots the center? Or at the corners?
very good two cents my friend, but you are at the wrong youtube channel if you want more show. this is a tell youtube channel, that is why while i watch it on and off, i cannot bring myself to subscribe. talking head videos are meant to be this way. since there is nothing to show, i usually use such videos to help me dose off. lovely voice.
disagree because a picture has a lot to do with 100 other factors that you would not account for, like time of the day, lighting, model, location, so you can have a shit picture taken in the g master and a better picture taken in the kit lens if you aren't perfect. So it'll only confuse you. But here you get the details in technology which shows you it's capacity.

I agree! For the super budget conscious, the kit Sony 24-70mm is a wonderful lens. I did get the Sony Zeiss 24-70 f4 and though it was a bit better, it wasn't worth the extra cost. I then went through a number of prime Rokinons until I got the Sony 24-105mm. I love it! Better color rendition and so much sharper than the other lenses I had bought.
Some good info here although I must say that with todays bodies an f/4 aperture really isn't that big of a setback anymore. 5-10 years ago losing a stop of light would have been a huge deal but now it's very easy to make that up with IBIS (slower shutter speed) or higher ISO that still produces incredible images. Bokeh would certainly be better at f/2.8 but if someone wants great bokeh they should be looking into primes.
24-70 f/2.8 G Master is my go-to workhorse. Have never been disappointed with images with it. Next is the 85 f/1.4 G Master. Creamy backgrounds! For super sharpness go with Sony 28 f/2 and 55 f/1.8. The 28 also has two awesome adapters making it a 21 f/2.8 or 16 f/3.5 fisheye! My travel lens is the 24-240 f/3.5-6.3. Never ceases to impress me. The 35 f/2.8 is best for street photography. It's the lightest, smallest lens of the bunch. Last but not least the 90 macro f/2.8 is great for extreme close-ups and good for portraits! All of these lenses are very sharp in my experience. (I have been shooting Sony A7Rii and A7RIII for 3 years, switching from Nikon full frame after 10 years-D4, Df, D700 and best Nikon glass).
For extreme zooming I tried the 70-200 but its large and bulky. Right now I’m using the Sony RX10IV (24-600mm) with excellent results). Shoots great video also.
I own the 24-70 2.8 G master... It's phenomenal! It's fast, sharp, tight from edge to edge, colors out of this lens are amazing. Highly recommended. Thanks for your videos.
I bought an old Tamron from the 90’s in Minolta Maxxum Mount aka Sony A Mount, pop on my Sony LA-EA4 adaptor and it’s PARTY TIME $150 including 7 Tiffen Filters . Most of my A7 lenses are old Minolta lenses. The 70-210mm F4 Beercan is another steal!!! Minolta 90mm Prime. 50mm F1.8 like $40 Also a HUGE fan of Sigma’s Art lenses in E Mount.
This was really helpful! I just purchases the a7 III and I’ve been researching the various zoom lenses quite a bit. The explanations and comparisons made here really helped me. Moving away from my original choice of FE 24-70mm Zeiss and getting the FE 24-105mm G.
Sony owns a 12% share within Tamron. This probably explains why the 28-75 works like a native lens, with the ability to update the lens firmware via the camera body. Additionally, it gives me confidence that Tamron will address any issues that can be fixed via firmware updates- like they’ve done so far. I can’t wait for a 16-35 and 70-200 FE mount from Tamron - they’ve applied for the patents already!
At the time you released this video, I purchased the Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS and I'm really happy with it as an all rounder ! But today... There is a new contender killing them all !!! The Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG DN art ;-)
I shoot my A6500 with all primes. The 28-70mm is the only exception. I don't mind the 28mm side which equates to 42mm on a full frame camera because there is little distortion in shooting people. I use this lens for family pics and for photographing the people who have just adopted a rescue dog from us. The IQ is just fine for this use and the variable aperture is no problem for me because I am usually shooting with bounce flash. The form factor is nice with the A6500 and you can't beat the price. I paid $125 for my used copy in mint condition...
Thanks for your help! I ended up buying the 24-105. It is a killer all-around lens for a first buy. Since i upgraded from a crop-body, the depth of field is very similar to a 2.8 on a crop body.
But the Sony 24-70 GM is now old, from 2016 or back right? How does it hold with the faster electronics of today? Are they upgrading the lens electronics each year?
I'm using the kit lens as a f5.6 constant. yeah it's much slower than f4 or 2.8, and f5.6 have deeper depth of field. but the thing is I don't like the more and more common bokeh/blurry background as there are more and more full frame sensors with f2.8 lenses. I came from micro four thirds world, Panasonic GH series, which unfortunately only got a f2.8 zoom to be the shallowest depth of field option. f5.6 isn't that bad, a bit of blurry background when closer and zoomed in, and almost no blurry background using the wildest end is actually pretty good. I would say it's very close to human eyes, with absolutely dramatic effects
btw I'm using A7S II, which doesn't care that much of a stop slower. and as it only got 12MP to begin with, corner sharpness and many many down side from that kit lens became less of an issue.
Currently own and use my older 24-70 2.8 Canon L with metabones adapter on a7R3 with great results across all focal lengths. The GMaster might give me better AF, but hardly worth the investment for me. Considering the Sony Zeiss 50 1.5 and 85 1.8 for additional spread and IQ. Probably a better investment for me. Thoughts?
Tamron 28-75 f2for video as my first and only lens for A7iii, good choice? Or should I go with Sony 24-70 f4, which has OSS, and 24mm, but sacrifice the f2.8.?
I shoot w the 24-70 GM on my a7Sii and it’s a work horse! I’ve shot several concerts, filmed several interviews both using it as 30mm for A-cam and 70mm for B-cam, as well as a lot of event b-roll (paired on zhiyun crane v2 it maxes out the cranes weight). Save up enough to buy the GM you won’t need another lens for a while
Kenan Convey I’ve been looking up this lens the last couple days... I have been starting to do some weddings and was tired of switching lenses back and forth.. Would you recommend this lens...
Dvchavero I would! I’ve only shot one wedding on it but I use it for live events all the time. That medium 24-70 focal length is perfect for run and gun shooting where you don’t have time to swap lenses. And it’s just as sharp as my 28mm f/1.8.
Thanks for breaking it down. Sony is a whole other new system for me and so I'm having to go back to basics and learn everything I can about it and its lens. 😅🙌🏾
I've been ripping my hair out trying to figure out which one of these I should get. Thank you for the review!! With the new 24-70mm GM2 coming out, I may pull the trigger on a nice discount for the original version. Thanks again!
I saved money and went for the 24-105 f4 instead of the GM and bought the 55mm F1.8 as the prime is super sharp but I still have a very versatile travel zoom.
hey just an idea for your lenses review, add the lens name you are currently talking about in a corner of the video so it is easier to look through the video to check for a particular lens.
Good vlog apart from one thing ! You harped on "Get the kit lens", "Get the kit lens" ! Then later said "Don't get the Tamron it's 28mm and doesn't go as wide as the 24mm" ! Correct me if I'm wrong, but the kit lens is 28mm ! So why bang on about getting a 28mm kit lens, then dis the Tamron because it's 28mm ! The IQ of the kit lens is pants compared to the Tamron ! Farr better suggestion would of been buy a Body only, then get the best lens you can for your budget. I gave it a thumbs up because apart from that it was very informative, Thnx
Very helpful video, thanks. I appreciate that you can do this without the youtube quick cutting techniques everyone else uses. In other words, you can do it in one take.
I got the kit lens and the 24-105mm which i am impressed with it's sharpness and overall quality. My next lens will either be the 90mm Macro or the 85mm 1.8. The 24-70 GM is out of my reach for now as I have other priorities for now. Great guide 👍
StormRider2 you will love the 90mm macro. It is razor sharp. People rave about the 55 being sharp the 90 put resolves it. I have shit probably 10k portrait pictures with it! Also actual micro work it works great too!
I can second the 90mm Macro as his next lens. It will depend on what he shoots, but it's amazing for macro, and produces super sharp portraits. The choice will be based on whether you value flexibility and sharpness over bokeh and low light performance.
How do you find 24-105? It's f/4 isn't it? I've been considering giving it a shot as it's much more affordable than 24-70 f/2.8 which is twice as much.... How sharp is it? Do you think you can get away without extra f-stop?
Kamil Glabik only you can decide whether you can get away without the extra stop. It all depends on what you shoot. As far as I have heard it’s a pretty sharp lens. Not used it personally tho.
I am extremely happy with the 28-75mm f/2.8 Tamron on my A7iii camera. I shoot with an A6400 in tandem and will use a 12mm f/2 Rokinon lens (188 equivalent focal length) when I need wider coverage...
Thank you Danny. Excellent choice of a review topic. It’s timely and very useful. Well done, too. I placed my order for the Sony 24-105mm after noodling all your good info. I use primes, Batis 25 f/2 and Sony’s 50 f/1.8 & 85f/1.8, for lowlight and bokeh. Tamron’s size and f/2.8 are indeed compelling reasons to own it as well.
Very nice video, man. It's easy to move from the kit lens to the Tamron, however once you've experienced 24 mm at the wide end, it becomes very difficult to move to 28 mm. Greetings from Brazil.
Tactile buttons are also really useful for those of us coming from SLRs I think lol. I think I'm sticking with my gut and waiting on the 24-105 f/4....I loved my Canon 24-105 f/4L on film.. and will give up the stop of speed for another 35mm on the long end (I've shot crop since I moved to digital. I'm waiting on my A7iii to get here, currently I'm a 7D Mark II user with a 15-85 for the same role and I already grabbed a 55 f/1.8 and 90mm f/2.8) I also prefer 24 to 28 on the wide end (I was SOL for years on Canon because of that)
Fantastic review, clear precise and the best thing is it has made me sit back and reconsider a purchase I was going to make today! (That being the Sony 24-105mm 3.5-5.6 OSS ) I will perform a few more tests with what I have before I rush out and buy. I have the 24-70mm Sony kit lens for my Sony A7iii and a Nikon 14-24mm f2.8, the Nikon 24-70mm f2.8 and a adapter which allows most of the modes including Autofocus and the main features. The two Nikon lenses do struggle in low light with the adapter to focus, in that they sometimes search and I miss valuable images but other than that they are quick and VERY sharp. Thanks again!!!! ;-)
In variable aperture lenses, I always shoot at the lowest F-stop that the lens can do at its farthest zoom. That way when you zoom in and out, the exposure never changes
I enjoyed your video - thank you. Most of lenses are Zeiss primes and so I am having a hard time finding a telephoto with IQ that approximates primes. Of course that may not be possible. Have you had any experience with the Sigma 28mm ART?
Thank you, but more pictures to compare so we can evaluate the pro's and con's. Is it really worth dropping the money on a walk around lens you are going to bin all results anyway? I bought my first zoom in the 1980's and first roll was absolutely horrible, soft, low contrast, all the rolls was just to bin and I quickly went all primes. I know the zooms, but not ALL zooms, are better today, but I can adapt some really good ol' glass with the LA-EA4 and save my buck if this lens is a bomb.
I bought the kit lens because that was in stock and the body-only was not. Now I need to decide if I should keep it just because it is so much lighter than my pro lenses, or sell it. Seems to be a good walk-around lens for when my 24-105 is heavier than I would like.
You missed the 24 -240 :) It's surprisingly good between 24 and 135mm. Even at 240mm F8 it is sharp enough for a 20" by 30" print from a 24MP camera (that's what hangs on my wall in my office). It's better than the kit lens anyway. Yes, you have to make some sacrifices, and have to know how to work around it's limitations, but it's flexibility is unrivalled. Great for travel, hiking, and general walk around lens. Not for a working pro though (and they would know it). Definitely should be on your list.
Awesome video. say if you own 25 mm batis, 55 mm zeiss and 85 mm sony, would it make sense to still own a standard zoom lens? I currently own a 24-105g
Sir , i am using Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS Lens ,this lens can use for portraits Day time and Night time? please give me a tips ..or i want buy 24-70/F2.8.GM ..thanks..
Switched from Canon (5DMKIII) to Sony (A7III) and have used an adapted (MC11) 24-70 f2.8L II lens and my experience has been mixed. Focussing does work and images are beautifully rendered and sharp when focus is nailed. However, when focus hunts, it doesn't just hunt, it goes on a little safari and for no good reason as light and contrast within the focus area is more than adequate. In addition, not all focussing modes are available when adapted on the MC11. Lastly, the the weight...oh boy, Although the A7III is a little lighter than the Canon, the weight distribution with this lens adapted makes this combo perceptually heavier than when mounted on my 5D.
Well done! Do you know whether optical steady shot works with non-Sony lenses? I have the impression that you have to manually set the focal length to use OSS with a non-Sony prime, and so zooms might be unworkable. But perhaps the newer adapters communicate the focal length?
But what about a comparison between the sony 24-105 and the tamron 28-75? You've compared the tamron to the GM, that means it's way better than the 24-105 even if almost half the price? Please respond, I can't decide what should I get! Thx!
I've had the Tamron 28-75 for almost 2 weeks now. Took it with me to a 2 day photo workshop last week and have not had the reported focus issue yet. However, I'm not using it for video. So if the issue is only in video, it wouldn't have been a problem.
I came into the FE (A7II) with no FE lenses, but from the a6000 with many lenses. Decided to ditch the kit lens and pay about 125 more (225 technically) and get the nifty fifty. Don’t regret it one bit (though I don’t do video work).
Would love to see a similar idea for the apsc format. I love shooting nature and apsc gives me that extra range without breaking the bank of specialized lenses
Can you please make a video with couple shoot on A7iii on 28-70 (mostly at 28 to 35 mm) with single off camera flash(like Godox TT685s) with ND filter so that we can get beautiful sky without using HSS. I Have shortlisted this kit (A7iii+28-70,1xX1T-s with TT685s, ND4, ND6, ND8 filters) as my Mirrorless Full frame starter kit. I already have Nikon D3300 (its shutter life is coming to end). Doesn't have HSS, doesn't focuses well with ND filter.
I had the 24-70mm GM, but it was too heavy and I sold it. I'm over heavy lenses. I now own the 24-105mm G lens. And I'm thinking about replacing it with primes.
I picked up the kit to use on a a5100. Works great for video, I am not a "zoomer" when shooting video. Usually use my gimbal instead. Hard to believe so many lenses in same focal length range.
I just got my A7RII and I can only get one nice lens right now. Can you please tell me which one I should get? maybe a couple options for pricing and maybe brands
Hello guys. I am new to photography and i am experimenting with different types (portraits, landscapes, astro, travel). I have only 3 primes but i would love to have an all rounder. I am between 24-70 f2.8 and 24-105 f4. My dilemma is because i dont know if 70mm will be enough for travelling. (I might also add a 70-200 to my kit). Any suggestions??
OMG I didn't get an alert for this posting! This was a great buying guide to help me to understand what I "need" vs what "I want". Thanks buddy, keeping my 24-105 and maybe add on the 12-24 f4 or get a 16-35 in f4 or f2.8.
Hongze Wu I have used my 24-105 to shoot basketball and it nails it with the autofocus. Tracks really well, the only issues are when there’s a fast break and I plan ahead and it has to find what to put in focus. This is shooting 4K 30fps f8 and focus is set to wide.
Fast break is the term for basketball when the player with the ball is ahead of everyone at a fast pace. Think of a runner in a sprint and trying to track them.
Hey you do great videos all day and contents are really good... I just wanted an opinion as i am starting on landscape photography and plan to get sony a6000 woth kit and samyang 12mm . Do you suggest sony a6000 in 2019 and also to get 18-105 f4 lens ?
Hey, here's a question for ya,I've got a Minolta AF 28-70/2.8 G lens which is really a great lens,I use it a lot and I really think it's perfect in that range, and I don't do videos or movies, only pictures, and macro. So I thought it would be a waste of money for me ot buy one of those lens, at that rate, especially since I want to buy the Sony 7III, I already have the Sony 7s and 6000,the a99 &a77. and a ton of lens for landscape and macro. So do you think the Sony 24-70 is really worth it when I've already got the 28-70...Thanks
Just picked up A9 (again, had one a while back) due to its recent price change, and was about to pull the trigger on Tamron 28-75, but saw your video that you only get 9-10 fps on the tamron. This would be a nonstarter for me then. I know Sony A9 does 20fps with some Sony lenses and 15fps with others, has the situation with tamron 28-75 changed since you made the video about 10 months ago? Firmwares on either the lens or bodies, any difference? Thanks
Hey everyone. I have a sony a58 that I bought a few years ago. However, I haven't used it at all since I only have the 18-55mm and a lot of people on the internet always say not to buy a sony camera/lenses. I wish I could finally start using my camera, but do you know if it's worth it? Why do most of the people recommend that you buy a canon/nikon camera instead of a sony one? I'm kinda confused and sad because it cost me 450 euros when I first bought it but hardly ever used it.
Have the 24-105 Sony and at f8 and f11 when I shoot outdoors I've been getting a lot of vignetting (and not a big fan of it). Wondering if this is normal? Thinking of trading it in for a 24-70mm. Hear good things about the Sigma art lense. And curious to hear anyone's thoughts on this -- have the Zeiss 16-35 and the Sony 85mm (which I LOVE). Thanks so much.
Jared Kessler A lot of lens do vignetting, when you edit your photos in Lightroom go into your camera lens profile and you can adjust your distortion and the vignetting of the lens! Very useful I do it on every pictures!
i just got the 24-70mm gmaster and i took a few test shots. The corners seem to be a bit weak at 24 and 70 but at 35mm it was sharp. The center is sharp though. So was that blur on your shots the center? Or at the corners?

24-105 is just as sharp. If you don’t need 2.8 then 24-105 is the way to go.

That's an absolute no-brainer. You get the Tamron 28-75mm F2.8. Sharp and fast autofocus as the G-master for the price of the 24-70 F4.0
This was really helpful! I just purchases the a7 III and I’ve been researching the various zoom lenses quite a bit. The explanations and comparisons made here really helped me. Moving away from my original choice of FE 24-70mm Zeiss and getting the FE 24-105mm G.

Tamron - £450

@@tatocreativo
Yes but all actual Sony A7 bodies have IBIS so if the lens hasn’t stabilisation it isn’t a deal breaker for me 😉
I have the 24-105, and I love it quite a bit.
What camera are you using? Isn't that lens too heavy to carry all day? Thanks in advance.
Rodrigo P.C. I'm using an a7iii. Coming from an 80d w/ 17-55mm it is light to me😂
My starting lens as well for the A73
But the Sony 24-70 GM is now old, from 2016 or back right?
Kenan Convey Awesome. And thank you for the quick feed back!!
I gave it a thumbs up because apart from that it was very informative, Thnx
hahaha
The 85 1.8 is my favorite lens currently. Can't go wrong with it!
Thank you for that in depth review on all the lenses! I am so "WOWED" by the amount of information.
Thanhks , so much . I have Canon 24-70/2.8 . I want using this lense for Sony a7ii . Should I use adapter Sigma MC11 ???? Thanks
I'm considering picking up this Tamron. Did they fix the AF issue?
The 24-105 is Really Nice!!
I'm waiting on my A7iii to get here, currently I'm a 7D Mark II user with a 15-85 for the same role and I already grabbed a 55 f/1.8 and 90mm f/2.8) I also prefer 24 to 28 on the wide end (I was SOL for years on Canon because of that)
Ah! At last!! I was eagerly waiting just for this video mate - thanks much :)
What is a good store (online or retail) to buy Sony cameras?
24-70gm vs 24-105. Which one would YOU go with?
Can you suggest different bought ultra wide angle lens for indoor Real Estate videography with Sony ZV-E10 that I can search in my country ?
glad i found your channel, I am using the Kit Lens for now and prolly for a while, but I love the reviews for my planning on next items.
Awesome video. say if you own 25 mm batis, 55 mm zeiss and 85 mm sony, would it make sense to still own a standard zoom lens? I currently own a 24-105g
🤯 information overload!! Awesome video!
Currently loving my 24-105 lens. Great for landscape and events.
Sir , i am using Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS Lens
,this lens can use for portraits Day time and Night time? please give me a tips ..or i want buy 24-70/F2.8.GM ..thanks..
Do you think 24mm is wide enough for event video and photos or would a 16-35mm f/4 be better?
How many FPS would you get out of the new sigma 24-70?
Thx!
Hey! I own a sony a6100,
Im looking for lenses that helped me shoot gastronomy, landscape, and sports!
any suggestions?
Sigma 24-70 2.8
Nice comparison! Can you do the same for wide angle lenses? 16-35mm range would be amazing!
As a first time buyer what is the best all round lens focal length? For say travel photog, street, and landscape?
great video - wish you could install the lens info as text when you are holding each lens up. thanks
Great review! Thank you!
which do you think will start shipping again first? 24-105 or tamron 28-75?
28mm isn't wide enough for my landscapes, and 70mm end is short. I'll stick with 24105G...very sharp and such a useful range.
The only big problem is the chromatic aberration. What about the 18-135?
@@akaNekete 18-135 is an APS-C lens. On an A7 you get 10 mp pictures instead of 24.
Is the 24-70 GM good for portraits on a crop sensor? I want to invest in a full frame lens just in case I want a full frame cam in the future.
What lens should I get for Sony Alpha a7R III if I use for photograph painting?
Sony 24-70 GM💯💪🏻👍🏻💯
Sir how does the sony kit lens 28-70mm f3.5 compare to Tamron 28-75mm f2.8 in terms of sharpness and quality ??
I just got my A7RII and I can only get one nice lens right now. Can you please tell me which one I should get? maybe a couple options for pricing and maybe brands
Thanks! Been waiting for someone to do this comparison
2 lenses to choose the 24-105 and the 28-75
This was so helpful....Thank you!
I have the 24-105mm.f.4 and I love it :)
Great video, thanks for the info. Came in time for my A73 purchase and helped me make up my mind on the lens.
Thanks buddy, keeping my 24-105 and maybe add on the 12-24 f4 or get a 16-35 in f4 or f2.8.
i have read many reviews and most of them state that 24-105 f4 is an excellent lenses except its price.
Hongze Wu I have used my 24-105 to shoot basketball and it nails it with the autofocus. Tracks really well, the only issues are when there’s a fast break and I plan ahead and it has to find what to put in focus. This is shooting 4K 30fps f8 and focus is set to wide.
thanks, what do you mean by "fast break and I plan ahead"" :D
Fast break is the term for basketball when the player with the ball is ahead of everyone at a fast pace. Think of a runner in a sprint and trying to track them.
I have the 16-35 F4. Wish I could have gotten the 2.8 but it was about double the price.
You stated at 14:29, that Tamron 28-75 has built in stabilization? I believe this is an incorrect statement.
Listen again; he says it doesn't have built-in stabilisation.
Wow nice video I love it thanks for sharing bro
What's the best lens for video? Thanks
I own a Sony a6600 with a 16-55 f2.8, will it be redundant to get the 24-70GM for an a7iii?
Hey you do great videos all day and contents are really good... I just wanted an opinion as i am starting on landscape photography and plan to get sony a6000 woth kit and samyang 12mm . Do you suggest sony a6000 in 2019 and also to get 18-105 f4 lens ?
the best comparison video.
Which lense is best for event shooting hybrid...photo and video ? Thanks. 👍
Yesssss!!! Next...which 50mm to buy please!
jp.casiano ziess 55mm is the best considering to sharpness + range + price.. You'll never regret to get it...!
Thanks for the suggestion
Ahmed Sayyar thanks Ahmed, I'll check it out!
I live by my copy of zeiss 55 1.8!
If you need beautiful bokeh and like purple fringing, get Zeiss 50mm f 1.4 instead of 55mm. Otherwise DXOMARK score matters😃
Thanks
According to Sony lens compatibility site the Sony 24-70mm f/4 Zeiss needs to be put on [Lens Comp.: Distortion] "Auto". Any idea what this means?
I own the CZ 24-70/4, I am quitte happy with it
Maybe a good luck with my copy
Hey everyone. I have a sony a58 that I bought a few years ago. However, I haven't used it at all since I only have the 18-55mm and a lot of people on the internet always say not to buy a sony camera/lenses. I wish I could finally start using my camera, but do you know if it's worth it? Why do most of the people recommend that you buy a canon/nikon camera instead of a sony one? I'm kinda confused and sad because it cost me 450 euros when I first bought it but hardly ever used it.
Hello.now at 2019 which you recommend it for my a7iii to shoot weddings? Zeiss 24-70 or 24-105 ? I want as much wider can be
He said he would be talking about the copy variations concerning the zeiss 24-70 later in the video but he sadly didnt concerning this specific lens.
Is the 24-70mm f/4 a good deal for 500$?
Thanks for the info, I'm going to get the Tamron.
