▶️ 50 EXAMPLES ON GENITIVE CASE🔥
• RUSSIAN GENITIVE CASE ...
▶️ One more confusing pair: СТАРЫЙ vs СТАРШИЙ • COMMON MISTAKE: СТАРШИ...
▶️ ALL Russian learners must know this difference! ВСТРЕЧАТЬСЯ vs ЗНАКОМИТЬСЯ • ВСТРЕЧАТЬСЯ или ЗНАКОМ...
👌 How to work with my video lessons? At first watch it and repeat all Russian sentences out loud and record yourself to check your pronunciation. After watching put down all sentences you can remember. Watch the video again in 5-6 hours and correct the mistakes in your sentences if you have any. Do the homework that I usually give at the end of each lesson. Watch the video again in 2 days and make your own examples with the patterns used.
If something is not 100% clear, don't hesitate to ask anything in the comments. Thank you for watching.

At 18:07 I couldn’t wrap my head around why моему другу is in dative case? Is it because it is not the subject performing the operation?
🧡💛💚
I’m confused about the instance of using dative case after сказать. I understand if you ‘said’ something ‘to’ someone but if I am telling someone, for instance who asked ’кто он?’ и я отвечал ‘я уже сказал это мой друг’ ? (это неправильно?)
They are 2 different types of sentences. You understand everything correctly. Dative is saying "to someone" and the object is in Dative.
Your second example is a two-phrase sentence. You can easily put "that" between them : Я уже сказал, что это мой друг. Мой друг isn't an object here, but another sentence that has nothing to do with Dative.
Hope, I clarified a bit?
@@Alfia You are truly the best Russian language teacher on RUclips! Thank you!
алфиа почему это "моему папе" и не "моей папе"
папа (noun) is gramatically feminine. But the possessive pronoun should keep masculine, as we talk about a man.
