Duck looks amazing. Glaze mmmmm. The only thing I would do differently is cook the tortills on a hot pan with some oil or duck fat. Great Job non the less

It's done that once before. With all the humidity here in Florida, the pellets get clogged sometimes if you don't drain the hopper after each use.

You know the wings on my Turkey (spatchcock) were just a tad chewy and reminded me of Jerky on the thinner section. SO WHAT IT WAS GREAT!!
