    I made this recipe! Try pan frying that corn tortilla for about 1 min on each side with a tsb of butter.... absolutely out of this world !

    I'm loving the plum sauce Jeff..........l was waiting for you to flambe it when you poured the bourbon in. Oh, oh... it's completely covered in duck fat.....6 1/2 pound bird..... yeah, let's add a little more duck fat............... tell Tami we hit 31° this morning. Y'all stay safe. = )

      @@Armadillopepper .... Yeah but that was perfect... One little spark, and all that alcohol you didn't burn, would have added a completely different layer of flavor. Not to mention a little jazz. You're right though, watch your eyebrows. = )
      Edit; especially with 2 Jeff oz's of bourbon................. that would be a major fire ball. = )

    Duck looks amazing. Glaze mmmmm. The only thing I would do differently is cook the tortills on a hot pan with some oil or duck fat. Great Job non the less

    Plum goodness! I drink beer, but don't like the flavor of Alcohol in my food. Awesome cook though! Oh yea, that looks awesome and yummy! Corn tortilla wrap goodness!

    Looks great Jeff!! Is it me or was your pellet hopper on fire towards the end? Sure did look like it... 😨😨

      It's done that once before. With all the humidity here in Florida, the pellets get clogged sometimes if you don't drain the hopper after each use.

    You know the wings on my Turkey (spatchcock) were just a tad chewy and reminded me of Jerky on the thinner section. SO WHAT IT WAS GREAT!!

    4:12 “…took all of that out…discarded it.” Are you kidding me!? Sauté duck liver is amazing!! The neck and giblets make an absolutely delicious broth and you threw it out?? Sorry dude, had to turn you off with that amateur move.

    Why does anybody think that duck has to be with a sweet sauce. Your so wrong. Just bar b q it with a normal bar b q sauce it's. Dakine
