In the Srimad-Bhagavatam (1.2.11) the conception of the Absolute Truth is explained thus: vadanti tat tattva-vidas tattvam yaj jnanam advayam brahmeti paramatmeti bhagavan iti sabdyate “The Absolute Truth is realized in three phases of understanding by the knower of the Absolute Truth, and all of them are identical. Such phases of the Absolute Truth are expressed as Brahman, Paramatma, and Bhagavan.”

All of them appear on planets whenever there is a disturbance created by the atheists. The Lord incarnates to protect the theists.”
Now the model he uses where the lord is at the top and that is what manifests Brahman vs the other way around is one model. Advaita tradition puts Brahman at the top. It’s paradoxical but it doesn’t really matter though. Each are connected, you should react to, how ramakrishna met totapuri by Hindu academy. It reconciles the two in my opinion.
see, the people who worship the formless god, they worship the Goddess Shakti, bcz yes She is the real supreme power who created Brahma and Vishnu. But then why is Vishnu worshiped the most, the reason for that is bcz Vishnu or Narayan is the very first creation of goddess Shakti (Energy). Why are Ram and Krishna are worshiped the most? bcz even though Vishnu has many other Avatars, these two are the symbol of respect and pure love (not devotion but Love bcz devotion is used for the worshipers of lord Rudra (also known as Shiva) ). Brahma might have created us but Vishnu preserves us like a true mother and father.. Hence Narayan is the most worshipped God in our culture. Krishna is all Love, pure love, Krishna is the reason why this famous line exists "god lives inside small babies and toddlers". Now even though Goddess Shakti is the source of creation (including Brahma Vishnu Rudra), but the fact is we are all living is the illusion created by Goddess Shakti & Narayan and Rudra are our only guiders, especially Vishnu or Narayan. Hari and Har are our only guiders. Hare Krishna!
So Brahman or the formless God doesn't care or know about your wellbeing / likes / dislikes/ and so on. It is pure consciousness that just knows how to prevail. Thats why its' consciousness branched out into what we call deities - it is the same level of consciousness and equally or perhaps more relatable to a seeker or a commoner. Only difference is the deity will respond to your love, devotion and karma. Make no mistake, even the deity will refrain from changing your destiny - that is driven by your own Karma, which is reminiscent of the brahman itself.

Iscon sometimes feels like an organization I can't relate to as a sanatani.
I don't know, it feels different..not what I would like naturally.
Iskcon is not the ideal organization to talk about spirituality, they are more on the end of glamorising faith, and I don't like how it works.
