Ok, so the big thing is scuttles now no longer 1-shot T1 labs or Arm T2 mexes. Still 1-shots a frigate, but need +1 bomb vs before to kill destroyer/cruiser/battleship (or same as before, but with flank bonus which is harder now). They also no longer destroy T1 walls even, so e.g. pushing geosea beach on istmus (which is often walled off) is harder - need 2 bombs to break wall + 2 bombs/Amex

I assume based on numbers all these changes are scuttle only, not tumbleweed/bedbug since those are cheap and have 50% the AoE. I'd go test in game, but I don't have a PC that can run BAR right now.
You mean roach/bedbug. It doesnt 1-shot ships because it does 1670 at best from min range (melee) vs lboat/hvyboat (type dmgmodifier). Its dirt cheap and spammable so its still good value.

Did they lower the damage they do? I didn’t see that in the changes.
