New car>Jeep Wrangler...I prefer 2 door manual shift, but unfortunately I see more 4 door Jeeps, which I call soccer mom Jeeps bc Jeeps used to be a cool, fun, off roading vehicle and now I see more moms taking kids to wherever. Still the best vehicle I've ever had. Vitamins I take Kirkland (Costco) Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc multi & one called Deva Vegan bc I'm vegetarian & that multi is packed with B vitamins that I'm missing out on by not eating fish, meat or Poultry. Awesome, fun vlog as usual

It's simple, you can eat everything, just small portions of unhealthy food, more veggies and fiber, along with exercise and you'll be good. Yeah denying those "treats" if huge, but once or even twice a week no big deal. Just remember one also needs to feed the "soul".
Your next car? depends entirely on you. I would prefer japanese or - even better - german built cars though, they have better quality, especially when it comes to finishions.
