Thank you for sharing this. I'm starting to wonder if i have body dismorphia because more than half of those signs apply to me. When i was growing up i used to be guilty of saying mean things to people about their appearance to hurt them, because that's what was done to me and i didn't know any better but to repeat that cycle. Luckily I've gotten older and wiser and learned to be better. The people that comment on social media would never have the guts to say anything like that to your face anyway, but they should think about how that makes people feel as well.

You’re hair is so long!! 😍 you’re beautiful now and ever since we first saw you at 21. Keyboard warriors are always saying stuff like ‘eww, you look like a man’ when they don’t have any response to my facts so I doubt we’ll ever sway those jackbags cause cutting other people especially women down makes them feel better about themselves. They’ll have an avatar as their profile pics so they can hide behind that as well so just be aware of those types of accounts cause even if you’re not in the public eye they’ll use their keyboard warrior tactics. It’s tough to be a woman. We’re always judged for something and the bar they set is unattainable for most if not all. When I did have a great body I didn’t believe it and then becoming overweight after an addiction was really tough as well. I’m proud that I’ve lost some of the weight but these last 25 or so pounds to lose had been the toughest. Hopefully I’ll get there and if not learn to love that I’m healthy and worthy of everything just as was 20 years ago even though I didn’t know it then and am still working to believe it now.
