Jack was always labeled as a "Rock-A-Billy" artist. Call it whatever you want, but the fact remains that Jack and his style of music was very much under-rated. He sold millions of records, yet was given very little attention on the likes of "Bandstand" and the local DJ radio stations. I remember back when "What In The Worlds Come Over you" came out and my sister was dating a local farm boy that didn't know how to dance, so my sister and I taught him. Ahh, the memories.
Thank you for sharing this video...Hopefully one day soon Jack will be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum. Keep those letters flowing to the president Terry Stewart to show support.
After listening to his rendition of the Hank Williams song, I am sure that Jack would or could have made a career in country music. I remember back in the day when Jack was referred to as a "Rock-A-Billy" singer (performer).
