A particularly terrible thing about this (and most things based on the T-60/T-70 chassis) is that you bounce around a lot after moving, making snap shots even harder to do when combined with the abysmal turret rotation and sluggish elevation speed.
With the reverse speed you can't really peak, just ambush, and the bad depression forces you to do so in riskier spots.

if i kill a player that already had a few kills im automatically looking for the revenge cas and if i see aplane spawn i load the he belt... also turret speed might be bad but uncan easily turn the hull in the right direction. im having way more problems with elevation speed

This has a 37mm, but at least with the T-60 you have better turret rotation.
