This is great. I haven’t seen you guys do these tour videos before. I just visited Charleston for the 3rd time this past summer and excited to watch that video next.
You want to see excellent example of a plantation house get to Destrehan, to jesse duplantis' house, Ormond Blvd. He's got oak trees that are 600 years! A lot of where you've been he videoed awhile ago!
Ah yes, because the guy who hasn't even been here for 10 years and moved from the cushy state of Massachusetts with a clear political bias is the perfect person to talk about New Orleans culture and history. You've got to be kidding me.
New Orleans is rich mixture of French; Spanish ; African and Creole cultures ; Bourbon Street named by the Spanish - French Royal House ; Bourbon dinasty desapeared in France with Republic but no in Spain with.King Phillip vl of Spain
Great new format. Well edited. Perfect blend of tourism + military history.

Great video. We moved to New Orleans from western New York in '71 and I'm still learning about the history of the area. Thanks for sharing.

That same statue is across the street from The White House in Lafayette Park
Sixty-fifth person to like the video! 😀 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I wonder if there was a missed opportunity to have @AtunSheiFilms come and speak about New Orleans history.

@@footballnick2agreed. That guy hates everything about the south. He would be a very poor choice to talk about New Orleans history.
@@footballnick2 you're a very sad person and should seek help

When they put back the Confederate statues they might get more tourism and they might not need to hire people to advertise for them.
The participation trophies?
If there's anyone for who the statues coming down means they won't visit New Orleans just means more chargrilled oysters and beignets for me.
