Besides any superhero show has characters that are similar, if not the same as a comic book..you can't trademark superpowers, so you don't know what you're talking about mate. That would mean the people behind the film bright burn should be sued, because that's Superman right...the movie chronicle because telekinesis is an X-Men thing right?...the boys...the Incredibles. The show Heroes... shall I continue,or have you had enough?you can't copyright superpowers because they are not real.
