A question, are you Mennonites? The Aquascape company in upstate New York, Sensenig/s that built my pond are Mennonities from Geneva, NY area. The best people I have worked with and they did a tour group of my pond and made some great Mennonite/Amish food for us.

looks awesome but how do you stop the stump from dry rotting and collapsing under the weight of the bowl?
We keep the water off the wood to keep it from rotting quickly, but likely will need to do a little work in 10+ years to reinforce it
That's just crazy
💪
Love your work Westin !! What an inspiration! Where did you get the big brown bowls ? I can't find them anywhere of any size.
We have had trouble getting them as well, backordered for months. We get them from our local aquascape distributor.

No foam is not waterproof and doesnt stop leaks. But it does build up enough resistance to allow us to divert water according to what we want.
