I just want to say thank you for everything. Your videos on calculus really helped me. I spent my whole vacation on your videos, made an extensive note on them that I'm never throwing away. I'll pass it to my kids and hopefully it'll help them too. I got 86% in maths thanks to you. Stay blessed Sir.
I just want to say thank you so much. Your videos have gotten me through every challenging course. I aced pre-calc and calc because of you. I am currently a college student at a relatively prestigious college (partially thanks to you) and my biology class is probably one of the hardest classes I've ever had. Every video I watched for support has left questions unanswered. However, with your videos, no stone is left unturned. Every question I have is addressed at some point and complex topics are explained in a simple but thorough way. I have never resonated with the teaching style of an educator to the extent that I resonate with yours. I doubt you will see this, as it is an older video, but I still wanted to give you my thanks. You are very talented and we all are thankful for you.
I would like to say thanks for your efforts . You're one of the best teachers out there. Actually the best by the way . Your vids are just awesome 👍 plus they present a really deep explanation of every topic . Once again thank you for helping me when I couldn't understand a topic ❤
Really great lesson, it really helped. But i have a question, in uni. Our teacher said nadh yields 2,5 and fadh2 yields 1,5 ATP, why it differs like this, is there an explanation?
Hello, thank you very much for these videos. I have a question regarding the electronegativity of the diffrent complexes- Since comlexe IV comes after complex I and III, why don't we consider it as the one that has the most affinity to accept electrons after oxygen ? Won't that make sense ? Unless I missed one information maybe. Thank you again Houda
Hey, could you try to shed some light on Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase? The description I found reads: 'Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) plays an important role in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis [1] by reversibly catalysing the oxidation and phosphorylation of D-glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate to 1,3-diphospho-glycerate.' I get the start and end products, but when I see oxidation AND phosphorylation alongside 'reversible' I get a little mixed up. Any help would be appreciated, I'm abou to start your video. Thank you.

Do you have a metabolism playlist?
Do you have a video about chemical bonding?
Why is affinity for electrons referred to as electronegativity. Why does it have a positive number?
I wish I found your channel way earlier
I’m here to correct the etc. please is not step 7 that succinate convert to fumarate . It step 5 rather. If you can make corrections I will be glad
I think it’s step 6 instead because step 5 product is succinate
youre a boss thank you
I have I question ,,, does the ATP synthase considered as a part of the ETC ???considerate, that It doesn't transport electron.
Technically, it’s considered the enzyme for oxidative phosphorylation, which is kind of the last step of the electron transport chain.
So it's a part of the ETC ?

3:15 - 1/2 O2 + 2H+ + 2e− → H2O: here 2e− appear redundant because one O atom (valence of 2-) are exactly neutralized by 2H+, so why are they here?
Not really
1 O is neutralized by 2H not 2H+

Hi
Can I ask how many ATP molecules are produced in every ETC complex?
It was actually raised by our professor, according to him, every complex in the electron transport chain produces a particular amount of ATP..
He wants us to identify the ATP molecules produced in:
Complex I
Complex II
Complex III
Complex IV.
Thank you so much for those who can help☺️
None the ATP is produced in the ATP synthass molecule bot in the complex
Only the ATP synthase produces ATP
is ETC exothermic or endothermic
Plz I want u to explain circuits1 for Nilsson
i love you
