In 2016, Logitech issued a white paper titled "Silent Mice" which featured the new M330 Silent Plus mouse with clicks that are 90% quieter than the typical mouse. In a review of this now 8 year old mouse, I answer whether it's still relevant or if it's simply the groundwork for some of the great Logitech mice that came after it. Enjoy a quick look at this cheap, light mouse and determine whether you should buy one today.

no click sound test?!?!
imagine, some bullshit!!! doing a silent click mouse without actually clicking it
Yeaaaaahhh, I messed up on that one. Totally fair criticism.
I can’t believe I forgot this
@@CameronDoughertyTech No bringing up other options while saying don't buy this mouse?
@@CameronDoughertyTech This is actually outrageous by you mate
I use Logitech Silent mice M220 (for travel, it lays in my backpack) and M330 on my desk at home - they are great. They work fine and they are really silent. In terms of reliability... With M330 I had issues with left click button after about 6 month. But it is so inexpensive, that I just bought the new one. :) I really like it.
Thanks for sharing!
Only lasted a year for me (two units - same issue, click not registering). Great when it worked though.
The comments are ruthless on this one.
bruh i wanted to hear the click, thats the only feature
I ain't going to lie I literally got angry because he never clicked the mouse. Its the main feature. I don't care how much you talked about the mouse. We don't really care about that part. We just wanted you to click the mouse and let us see if we can hear it. You saying it doesn't matter We need you to click the mouse.
Are the sides rubbered?
The sides feel like they're slightly rubberized, however it might just be that it's a soft plastic. It's tough to tell 100% and it looks like Logitech's website has a field called 'Rubber grip for added comfort' which indicates no, so it must be something other than rubber. I will just say that it's softer on the sides than the top and feels rubber-esque.
@@CameronDoughertyTech Thanks. I have b330, which is a similar design, but very slippery on sides. Bad. I ordered m330, will see soon
@@CameronDoughertyTech Got mine. Yepp, it's rubber!
click the fucking mouse
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
No clicking test,
No comparison of size etc.
Not even put the mouse in hand on table like everyone will use and talk about ergonomic?
Talking about much viable alternatives not even giving one example...
Bro we just watched you and learned if you want this mouse you should like yellow in 4 min...
How does it sound???! Bro c'mon 🤌🤦
100% fair. There's a video linked in the pinned comment where I replied to an earlier comment and provided an audio comparison. Horrible oversight on my part. 🤦♂️
