@@ronsivan950 i mean yes, it does say simulation, but one thing still bugs me... How in hell are all those pieces aligning like it was their destiny to do so?!? Either this guy must've spent hours tweaking the variables or i'm missing something here
@@dan00b8 not hours, but it takes time. I might work at blender and he is in cinema 4D but it should be the same. Basiclly you start a simulation and than you disable it, so all you really need to worry about is the few starting frames. Altough, not all of the pieces are the same, since they will overlap. How can i explain this.... lets say you take flour and the exact same amount of flour and you put em together. They become one large piece of flour. Right? Thats how it goes in softbody simulation. Other types of physics (rigidbody, look that up, too.) Take care of that. You cant really tweak around with the settings of the softbody, that would make it.. weird looking. But adding a collision modifier does wonders. You can layer each piece for some nice satisfying tetris :) you should really try, blender is free.
