I'm from Myanmar (Burma).I belive that is not Oan No Khao Swe at all. I think is "mhon hin kar" which is translated into fish noodle soup ( not sure ) in english. But even Mhon Hin Kar doesn't use shrimp. We use fish. And in Ohn No Khao Swe we don't use shrimp or ginger or soy salt. When u use soy salt it will ruin the flavor and smell of coconut. I hope u guys see my cmt but i really love that she decided to cook one of Myanmar national recipes which most people don't know❤❤

Yes, I was confused when she put shrimp into Ohn No Kaoswe. It should be chicken curry + coconut soup by definition. Curious how the prawns would taste.

That is not Burmese coconut noodle (Ohn No Khao Swè) at all. The reason why we love it is because of the way the coconut sauce flavour and the slices of chicken are matching together in a soup. Now I know how italians feel when they see pineapple on a pizza.
