You might be doing the wrong button. Make sure you’re pressing X OR Square when you do the first my stands full power. You could also press Y or Triangle but you’re gonna have to delay the jumping heavy. (Jumping B or jumping circle)

T.O.D. is an acronym for "touch of death"
It's usually used when referring to a combo that guarantees a kill on the opponent, should you perform the combo correctly- doing 100% of the opponents healthbar on end result

0:16 you can’t move after I time stop then I do another 50 and change.
its 100% considering theres nothing any character can do to prevent the timestop, aside from another timestop character sacrificing meter to move in it. teching on the floor cant save you and youre too far away for an escape assist to hit

i dont get it at the start the first hit you do how do you get up in the air again. i just fall down
Haven’t done this combo in awhile so excuse me if I get a input wrong. Jumping heavy (B or Circle) and in the air press down, back 2 (Y or triangle). You probably doing the other version of the move. Make sure it’s the medium version (Y or Triangle) so when you land back to the ground you have enough time to do the standing 2 and then the 3.

The combo doesn't work, the chance of dio hitting a jotaro mid-flight is totally random and unlikely. With such a low chance it can't be used in combat, wasted time, dislike

How to charge ki/gauge?
you cant charge the HH bar (the ki is only in dragon ball, here is named HH i think), you can only charge your HH bar with hamon users, for the other normal characters you have to take damage or deal damage to charge it
